Substance materializations which stem from Nonplus thought are corrupt. They do not have the proper higher Substance vortices present as balance so the Intelligence or Plus factor has no way to expand. The creations are called Endplus creations because their potential for expansion ends at the one and same moment as their creation. 

Lucifer had denied the Christ Energy factor and Energy Balancing factor of the Creators, and had used Overplus Nplus charge states to try and set up a Self Serving Endplus Creation in the lower Galactic Underworld dimensions of Christ Michaels's Local Universe in an action now called The Luciferian Self Will Rebellion of the Cosmic Overplus.

In order to effect his plan of an accelerated evolution within the lower frequencies of the third and fourth dimensions, Lucifer and his minions tried to create a stand alone Matter Substance time line condition for consciousnesses outside of normal inter-dimensional practices.

The purpose of their misanthropic creation was to expand Self Will expression for the benefits of self rather than for the proper Free Will expression of love and service to the Creation for the Creators.

Called a 'Service to Self' vibration, the resulting imbalance created a turbulence felt all the way through Christ Michael's Local Universe.

When the harmony of his Command began to deteriorate as a result of the disharmonious Nplus frequencies Lucifer had introduced into the matrixes of the Local Solar Sector under his Command, he tried to access the higher frequencies above him by attempting to bypass Christ Michael whom he considered self-appointed.

When all his bypassing efforts came up empty handed, and the forewarned short circuits against the original blueprints of Creation and of things to come began to become evident, rather than accept responsibility for his mis-creations Lucifer rebuked it all in a fall of pride.

In a miscreant of Reality he declared that the consequences of his effects upon the greater laid plans were not a reality because the notion of greater laid plans were but fabrications used by those higher up to hold sway over those underneath.

More specifically Lucifer disclaimed the hierarchy above him, declaring that all above were self-appointed and that the Universe was itself made. In particular he claimed that Energy ran free in the Even Pool and was free for the taking. His fatal mistake.

The Great Even Pool of Darkness is completely devoid of Energy. Unlike the original Intelligent Breath and Tiny Particles of Substance of the Pool, beyond the scope of consciousnesses, Energy has no existence whatsoever.

Energy was brought into being solely as Crisscrossing lines within the conscious unification of Alpha and Omega. Above the frequencies of the sixteenth dimension, Energy cannot exist. Energy became useable only by way of the Alpha and Omega created point and center of Energy and subsequent Cube and Sphere of Alpha and Omega within their fourteenth dimension.

Energy remains continually useable only by your actions in Free Will conscious activities of true Will and Desire Christ co-creative responsibility to the Creation for the Creators. Energy does not run free anywhere. It comes solely under the jurisdiction of Consciousness, and solely under the banner of Christ responsibility to the Creation for the Creators.

The fifth dimension is the dimension of pure faith, where you are asked to undertake your responsibilities in love and service to the Creation for the Creators as a matter of pure faith without necessarily knowing the reasons why.  The reason for pure  faith is that it keeps mentallized constructs of Reality out of the picture as reasons, particularly relevant if you are an evolutionary.

Within his original endowed capabilities Lucifer was well aware of the all important fifth dimensional pure faith factor, plus the fifth dimensional restrictions upon Energy for the purposes of faith.

However, as the allurement of his new found ideas became more and more persuasive and his judgement began to become more and more clouded by the discordant frequencies starting to come back up from below, he started to blur more and more the lines of Reality until he finally lost sight of the original altogether. Eventually surrogating the proper use of Energy for his own use of the unsanctioned lower frequency direct connections of Intelligence and Substance within the frequencies of the Overplus.

Lucifer eventually misconstrued it all into a manifesto of self-centered Will known officially as 'The Luciferian Self Will Rebellion of the Cosmic Overplus'. Meaning Will which is subservient to the desires of the outer consciousness self and not to the Creators, whom he minimized as merely among those above.

Lucifer presented his manifesto before the Galactic Council under the Command of Christ Michael of Salvington. The manifesto was not accepted. Lucifer and his compatriots subsequently set forth to create a self will Universe of their own making outside of the normal chain of command. Intending it to be completely free of the normal ties to the laws of Creation by misusing the new found Nplus charge state possibilities of the Overplus for their incarnate materializations instead of the rules of Reality. 

In the earlier days of the rebellion, minor momentum was achieved. Many of the defaulting personalities who aligned with Lucifer were both Solar Sector and Planetary level Lanonandeks, fully capable of creating Endplus Planets, Starrs, and even whole Solar Systems out of Nonplus thought expressly for Nplus creating quite in the absence of the Soul Atom/Atums projecting through the eight dimension. Who were having nothing to do with it.

The resulting Nplus static was called the Nplus of the Endplus of the Nonplus of the Overplus. As the creations were far out of harmony with the greater made plans of Creation and could not expand, they did not long survive.

Most lasted only a few million to a few billion years which then exploded into dust. Rather than lasting the billions and even trillions of years of properly constructed Starrs and Planets.  Super Novas are a different matter. Starrs evolve into next stages of Being as proton and neutron Starrs and other cosmic entities, casting off their original outer bodily projections in the process.

When Endplus creations dissolve, nothing is left but Ordinary Matter Substance dust as there are little in the way of higher frequency Substance components within their matrixes. Many of the dust clouds and nebulae observed in the Local Universe today are remnants of original Luciferian Endplus Starrs and Planets which eventually exploded.

In a similar manner, Endplus Earth cities which are built through Nonplus thought fall to dust. The outer bodies of those of you who are still subject to the Mentallized Illusion at death are also Endplus creations and also return to dust at death. Your outer consciousness egos are not sufficiently re-configured to become adopted as fruit and simply no longer exist at death.  The condition you call Mortal.

The Mentallized Illusion is patently fatal for condemning you to a mortal death for holding mortal death to be inevitable. All Earth religions are part and parcel of the Mentallized Illusion and you faithful pay the price.

Lucifer's manifesto had forsaken Christ centered free Will, Desire, and Action to love and serve the Creation for the Creators in total Melchizedek Co-Creative Christ responsibility, and replaced it with a policy of complete self severance. Which, through the ensuing polarity misalignments, quickly deteriorated into the spiritual madness of complete ego centricity.

As the rebellion began to spread, the higher dimensional down-coming energies from on high quickly became turbulent as the consciousness controls upon them began to go amiss. The waters muddied considerably when the female side of Satanuk, a young third level Lanonandek Son and Daughter in training, became ambassador and took the manifesto to the Planets.

As the Lanonandek who had set up and administered the Local Starr System of Orion, Lucifer's consciousness was the staff channel through which the upward flowing staff/starr energies from the lower consciousness matrixes under his command were returned to the Creators for their glorification.

Lucifer had become no longer aligned with the higher powers above him by denying them. The unharmonious static energies under him started filtering back up through the alignment discordances he had created by his actions underneath and stopped with him, who bore the brunt.

Thus in the folly of things done outside faith, Lucifer paid the price. Once a being of great radiant light he is now little more than static electricity. 'Alas poor Lucifer, how you have fallen'.

Sitting weeping in solitary confinement on Zaab for the last three million years, Lucifer shares the same fate as all of you who participated in the outright abrogation of the Law, awaiting the call for redemption once things settle back down enough to handle the particularly discordant nature of your untoward frequencies.

The mistake in Lucifer's misconstrued percept of Energy had been a simple one. For being in the fifth dimension in which the Energy factor was stepped down by design, in his enthusiasms for his new ideas he had come to lose sight of the role by which your higher Triune Soul Atom governs the matrixes of your consciousnesses when in a projection.

He had therefore started taking the presence of the higher matrixing factor of the Soul Atom as a rightful due, not a consequence. He had also taken it as a due not a consequence that your higher consciousness matrix under the conditions of, say for example, a projection into a time line situation, would have to promote the matriculation of your outer aspect more robustly else suffer the loss of the projection.

Given what he had needed to know to do his job according to his ordainment, he had been partially right in this assessment. Because of initial attribution, your Intelligence factor in any projection is always 'on' full bore from the upper projectional levels of your Soul Atom.

Your Substance factor down through your staffs allowing the projectional materializations of your projection to be fully manifested, is also always fully 'on' in given conjunction with your Intelligence factor through the balancing action of your Christ Energy action. It is your Christ Energy balancing factor in the middle that was the problem.

If you are of the Descendancy, the Christ Energy Factor is always also fully 'on' too in accordance with your attributed ordainment and current projectional assignment. Under normal circumstances, your upper and outer projectional matrixes are all but the same. If you are of the Ascendancy, your Christ Energy factor at any stage is only according to your current level of attainment, with your upper always remaining on top as your goal or motive to attain towards in faith as a properly progressing upward pull of spiritual polarity.

Under every circumstance, regardless of whether you are a Descendant or an Ascendant Soul Atom  your Christ Energy factor determines how much of the full present Intelligence of your Soul Atom is actually provided to your outer consciousness matrix for your responsibility at hand. And therefore how much Substance materialization you consequently acquire as the balanced result. And your inner Christ factor of  projected Soul Atom self is the sole determiner of that, not outside or absolute factors.

If you are an evolutionary, the fifth dimension is where your evolution begins. It is the dimension of Intelligence and Substance. It is lower in Christ Energy attribute in order for your outer consciousnesses to always experience the maximum differential between yourselves and your upper consciousness matrix as the most positive possible motivator upwards in the matters of faith.

Being in a dimensional existence where the Christ Energy factor was already somewhat stepped down by design, Lucifer eventually started rationalizing that your Energy factor itself was a ho hum affair, and started assuming that whatever was as such present in any given case was also as such always present as a full bore exemplar in every situation.

What he had lost sight of was the fact that it is one hundred percent the purvey of your Soul Atom in any projection in any dimension at any level, to present to your outer consciousness matrix only exactly what from your upper consciousness matrix it deems most appropriate for your outer projection to fulfill your current responsibility to your greatest capacity in your projectional situation at hand. Or is needed for your level of evolution at that particular point. Or is required for the greatest good regardless of the sophistication or lack of sophistication of your particular Soul Atom or particular projection of the moment. Even if you are in the Descendancy.

If you are  in the Ascendancy in particular, it is according to whatever serves you best to help you evolve in the most harmonious manner to your next level of Christ understanding within your current situation. In other words, there is never a full bore Christ 'exemplar on' equivalent to Intelligence in every possible situation, only that which is needed within your projection for that which is to be attained.

And only that which serves your situation best for your greatest likelihood of success in your particular purpose of your particular projection of your particular responsibility at hand as your projection's Christ factor of responsibility. And that is determined solely by your Soul Atom self which is making the projection and by nothing else in Creation.

When presenting his overall ideas to his superiors, the short comings in his thinking were pointed out. Starting to become delusional in his earnestness to proceed, Lucifer chose to cold-shoulder the explanations calling it all part and parcel of lesser thinkers trying to discourage his forward thinking insights into Creation.

Lucifer was able to persuade a few within his frequency to go along with his experiments and try immersions into the third and fourth dimensions anyway. Both Whole Soul Atoms of the Descendancy and the Ascendancy were involved, plus sometimes just Ovarian Atoms of either.

For those of you involved, despite the very urgent promptings of your Reality Atoms not to proceed, a number of you as dupes projected down into the third and fourth dimension anyway and were instantly hit with a very, very hard cold taste of Reality. You instantly lost contact with all of your higher frequency ordainments and had no way back.

The problem had to do with how the third dimensional Lucirferian materializations were formed. The change from fifth dimensional Morontia Substance materializations to the far cruder and denser Matter Substance frequencies of the third and fourth dimensions called for very extensive re-matrixing of your existing materialization processes when you went into the projections. 

Morontia Substance materializations and above are based on your down coming Substance links through the pure Triune frequencies of the seventh dimension and links above. (Fig. 106).

The Ordinary Matter Substance Luciferian materializations were based on Substance coming up from the interconnected Triune frequencies of the first, second, and third dimensions collectively, which is interactive with the Great Even Pool of Darkness at the bottom of the third dimension. Where the first three dimensions collectively bear a Triune semblance which is very rude. (Fig. 107).

As you can plainly see in figs. 106 and 107 respectively, the main complication which the Luciferians had to address was the fact that the two differing Triune attributions are of completely different essences in nature. As you can also clearly see in fig. 107, in the magnetic polarities of third dimensional Matter Substance, the attraction by Intelligence is downward to the first dimension. As fig. 106 shows, in the seventh dimension it is through harmonious equality with Substance through Energy.

How then, in order to form a Matter Substance materialization, can atoms and molecules of Matter Substance be attracted in along your electromagnetic lines which are normally attuned to the normal Substance related frequencies of Morontia and higher through your higher Triune Action.

Their answer was in the politics between the Overplus attribution and the Inner and Outer Matrixes of your Soul Atom in projection, whereby your Upper Triangle could be left out of the equation in your outer matrix aspect.

In normal projections, your Substance pipe is capitulated through your normal Lower and Upper triangle balances. In the politics of the Luciferian creations, your Substance was drawn directly up from the lower frequencies by your enhanced outer consciousness connection to your Lower Triangle which the Overplus configuration provided.

As you can plainly see in fig. 106, in a normal cubistic configuration your Intelligence via the circle, and your Substance via the cube, are separated by the Energy of your Y Factors, rods, and Starr of David. Your Substance is drawn into your cube in equality with your Intelligence through your Staff Energies embodied within your interconnected Y Factor Energy arms and your rods. Your Intelligence factor produces your Substance materialization factor which has been equalized through the work of your Starr of David Energy factor and Energy of your Rods and Staff overlays all working together.

As you can see in the Cosmic Overplus circle of fig. 105 of Starrgram 25, your circle of Intelligence, cube of Substance, Starr of David, and Energy Staff lines all intersect at the same points. By the action, your Intelligence and Substance are in direct contact, bypassing the need for your normal Christ intermediary balancing factor of Energy in the middle. Not forgetting that this is third and fourth dimensional Substance only and not higher.

Nplus static was essential in creating the materializations. Basically the Nplus statics pooled into the auric frequencies of the first dimension of Intelligence as it became produced. To form a projection, the Luciferians pulled a clump of the static up into their upper consciousness matrix to enhance the attractive power of their Intelligence and Will from above sufficient to replace the a proper Upper Triangle presence which was absent. They then  used the two together to attract in a precipitation of Matter Substance up out of the lower third dimension into consolidation within their lower matrix configuration as a materialization.

Before Energy was created, Intelligence and Substance stood inexorably attracted through their causeless interfusion. Alpha and Omega created magnetic polarities for Intelligence and Substance which were set to repel, and developed Energy to responsibly manage the expansion between them by the opposition.

With your Energy factor eclipsed out within the Overplus configuration, Intelligence and Substance became directly locked into attraction again as they originally were in the Great Even Pool of Darkness. With the Substance attribute in full potential and the diminished Intelligence Overplus attribute enhanced by the static, your flow results are from the Substance realm upwards along the Overplus Intelligence magnetic lines configurations into materializations, the way animal materializations occur in the absence of the Triune Christ Energy factor.

In your consciousness matrixes when projected within the lower dimensional Overplus attribution, Matter Substance frequencies of the third dimension became directly available for materializations instead of the down coming Substance frequencies of the pipe in the same way that animal materializations are produced without the need for a Christ Energy intermediary factor in the middle, as they have none. (Fig. 108).
