In the fifth dimension and above, Intelligence is mainly
by way of Soul Atoms in projection, Energy is by way of the Beatific Light of the Only Begotten
Son/Daughter, and Substance has a direct link to the Mother and has no Matter Substance components.
Matter Substance on the other hand is the hallmark of
the third and fourth dimensions, the product of precipitating Tiny
Particles from The Great Even Pool of Darkness in the raw. Matter Substance is the lowest frequency of Substance in Creation.
The third dimension is the lowest frequency of Matter Substance.
The third and fourth
dimensions of the Outer Creation are collectively called the Galactic
Underworld. It is called the Underworld because it effectively exists under the
higher frequency fifth dimensional starting point of evolution.
The main portion of Creation sits above the
Underworld in frequencies to high for third dimensional eyes and telescopes to
see. The entirety of the cosmos you see with your eyes and instruments is the Galactic
Underworld only and nothing more. And not even all of that, as you do not see the
fourth dimensional component which is much larger than the third and all around
you.
The third dimensional
physical plane materialization in visible light, and the larger fourth dimensional complex
of astral frequencies typically has no one in it. Rather, the third and fourth
dimensions are the engine room of the Outer Creation, where the lower frequency
Matter Substance materializations of the third and fourth dimension allow the
higher frequency societal materializations of the fifth and seventh dimensions
to be upheld.
The Outer Creation exists as the expansion of
Intelligence, Energy, and Substance upon a composite of background cubistic fields. Super Universe
bubbles
exist because each Master Spirit of Creation projected respective cubistic Super Universe background
fields of Intelligence, Energy, and Substance.
Local Universes exist within the Super Universe
fields because Creative Son/Daughters projected cubistic Local Universe background fields of Intelligence,
Energy, and Substance into the Super Universe fields.
Local Solar Sectors exist
within the Local Universe fields because fifth dimensional Local
Solar System administrators in co-ordination with the Creative Son/Daughters set up respective cubistic
background fields of Intelligence, Energy, and Substance within the Local Universe fields. Solar systems exist within
the Local Solar Sector fields because ninth dimensional Whole
Soul Atoms projected their Ovarian Atoms down through the eighth dimensional portal to set up
appropriate background fields of Intelligence, Energy, and Substance for Starrs and Planets within the
Local Solar Sector fields.
Nineteenth century scientists began calling these
collective fields the 'Ether' then errantly abandoned the concept. That called
the Ether has its most viable effect in the fourth dimension.
The first four dimensions are the lowest frequency of the
background fields. They are called the Galactic Underworld because as you can
clearly see in fig. 68 of Starrgram 8,
they are knitted together in a completely different manner than
the higher fifth, sixth, and seventh dimensions, where a decided logical
cubistic differentiation occurs between the
compositions of the lower four
dimensions and the higher fifth, sixth, and seventh dimensions as seen if fig.
84 of Starrgram 8, where the third and fourth dimensional components of fig. 68
comprise the center and the higher dimensions successively surround the fourth.
For being the dimension of
expansion, the fourth dimension is not like the other dimensions of the Outer
Creation which are single octaves only. Rather, the fourth dimension mirrors the
Outer Creation as a whole, whereby the Outer Creation comprises Seven Super Universes
each having seven dimensions. The fourth dimension comprises seven sub
octaves.
The frequencies and
progressions of the sub octaves are the same as are the seven outer dimensions, namely Intelligence,
Energy, Substance, Substance/Energy, Substance/Intelligence,
Intelligence/Energy, and Intelligence/Energy/Substance. The seven sub octaves can
be depicted in the same manner as the seven Super
Universes of Fig. 62 of Starrgram 7
for being of the same order of rule.
As per the original depiction,
the changes are oriented clockwise starting with the sub octave of Intelligence
at the three o'clock position and ending with Triune Triune sub octave in the middle.

The third dimensional conglomerate of fig.
67 of Starrgram 8 is the smaller cubit in the middle.
In fig. 87, each sub octave is higher in
frequency than the one below. In keeping with the seven dimensions within each
of the seven Super Universe bubbles, the seven fourth dimensional
sub octaves each also have the seven frequencies within it as levels, following
in the same order of hierarchy.
Comprised therefore are seven times seven
equals forty nine levels, which you call the astral
states or so astral planes of the fourth dimension. Each level is
likewise higher in frequency
than the one below mirroring the whole Outer Creation as shown in
fig. 63 of Starrgram 7. (Fig. 88).

In the depiction, the seven cubits depicted
inside each sub octave are the levels, whereas, as before the first
level of every sub octave starts at the three o'clock position.
The third and fourth dimensions are configured
completely differently than the fifth dimension and higher. In the fifth
dimension and higher cubistic matrixes are held together mostly through the
positive and negative end point polarities of the Upper and Lower Triangles of the Starrs
of David. An Upper Triangle end point always connects with a Lower Triangle end
point. (Fig. 89).

In the higher dimensions the electromagnetic field aspects
of cubits are mainly for the storing of Akasic records and for holding
Soul Atom personae identities. In the Galactic Underworld and Matter
Substance, a completely different cubistic principle takes place whereby cubistic matrixes
are held together mainly through the positive and negative pole end polarities of
the electromagnetic fields rather than the Triangle end points.
In fourth dimensional background fields, the intensity of the
Son/Daughter responsibility component within the squares of
consciousnesses within the cubits is greatly diminished. The Starrs of
David are more compressed, the electromagnetic fields of the Starrs of David are
far less reaching, the relative density of the background fields are
substantially increased. The original magnetic attraction between the
Intelligence and Substance polarities from their original extraction out of the
Great Even Pool of Darkness is greatly increased making the electromagnetic
fields much more dominant. (Fig 90).

Even though the
electromagnetic fields of the Starrs of David within the background ethers are far less reaching,
they are much more more powerful. Becoming the significant factor in holding cubits together
within matrixes rather than
the original Triangle end point polarities.
As a result, the Galactic Underworld is a completely
different kind of environment than the higher dimensions. Despite being
cubistically aligned by their electromagnetic fields rather than the Triangle
end points, the points still meet end to end and the background fields are still
completely uniform and harmonious. (Fig. 91).

In Matter Substance the Son/Daughter responsibility
components have been reduced even more. Consequently Matter Substance is very very dense and the
electromagnetic fields very very strong.
Matter Substance therefore occurs in two densities, dense
and auric or etheric. Third dimensional Matter Substance alone without the auric
or etheric component is that which you call degenerate or collapsed matter such
as a Proton or Neutron star. Fourth dimensional Matter Substance alone without
the dense component manifests in such auric phenomenon as lighting balls and Sun
coronal effects.
When occurring together, they
are the Substances you see and experience as the everyday
manifestations of everyday life.
If the seventh dimension has mostly to do with spirituality,
the third and fourth dimensions have mostly to do with meat and potatoes.
In its basic function, the Galactic Underworld prepares Tiny Particles of Substance
directly from the Great Even Pool of Darkness into workable sized manifestations of Matter Substance through
the governance of Intelligence at the lowest level, that Energy becomes equalized with Intelligence at the highest
level in order to produce the ever expanding Christ Consciousness of the Only Begotten
Son/Daughter.
The Galactic Underworld is the foundation
stone of the Outer Creation.
It both anchors the Outer Creation and underpins the fourth and fifth dimensions. It does not anchor the Inner
Creation as the Inner Creation had already existed.
Inter-dimensionally, the creative plans for the Outer Creation
come down from the top through the respective channels. The nuts and bolts of the Outer Creation have their
start at the very bottom of the Galactic Underworld as bullion base, where the
third dimension and fourth dimensions interface back directly with the eighteenth dimension, in
effect forming a grand loop from the Great Even Pool of Darkness at the top of Creation on
down, then directly
back to it again from the very bottom of
Creation.
The lowest frequencies of Substance from the top down in
Creation are Morontia in the fifth dimension. In the Underworld, the ultra fast
vibrating Tiny Particles of Substance from the Great Even Pool of Darkness are
converted directly into Matter Substance, the lowest vibrating frequencies of
Substance known in Creation. The entirety of the cosmos you see with your eyes and
instruments is ought but the Galactic Underworld and nothing more. And not even
all of that, as you do not yet see the fourth dimensional component.
The conversions result from a complex interaction between specific
frequencies of the Creators from their original Dark Even Pool self, the
assorted Super
Universe, Local Universe, Local Solar Sector, and Solar System projected fields
involved, and some of the frequencies of Alpha and Omega from their Cube and
Sphere projection and higher which occurs at
the bottom of the Galactic Underworld.
Through the collaboration,
aggregations of Tiny Particles of Substance from the Great Even Pool of
Darkness spontaneously
precipitate into fragments of Matter Substance at the bottom of the Underworld. Seeming to pop into existence. The fragments likewise spontaneously dissipate back
into the Tiny Particles, seeming to suddenly disappear back out of existence.
Because of the specific purpose of the overriding layers of
consciousnesses in the background etheric fields, gradually more of the Tiny Particles
of Substance coalesce into Matter Substance fragments than dissipate. Although
based on frequencies of light because of the accumulating background fields and
levels of consciousness involved, the Matter Substance fragments have not been
purified or refined within the migratory channels from the top on down. The standing wave directionalities of the
precipitating Tiny Particle remain as they are and are not ironed out. Consequently Matter Substance
is of a much rawer and cruder form of Substance than
that of the fifth dimension and up.
You have long sought a frame of reference for
absolute zero and absolute rest. It is at hand. Because the eighteenth dimensional
Great Even Pool
of Darkness is
homogeneously the same in all directions without end and has no native Energy, it stands as absolute rest and absolute
zero.
When the Tiny Particles of Substance precipitate into
a Matter Substance fragment, they become swept along as part and parcel of the
particular local environment into which they have precipitated. The difference between the
relative motion of the local environment against the absolute rest of the Even
Pool becomes incorporated into the fragments as their initial momentum component.
Under influence of the
background fields, their frequencies likewise harmonize with the local environment
such that the difference between the absolute temperature of the Even Pool and the net
ambient temperature of the local environment becomes incorporated into the
fragments as their initial thermodynamic component. The Energies are taken from
the radial staff and rod matrix interactions of the second dimension.
When the precipitating
fragments suddenly precipitate, they precipitate as varying clumps of the Tiny
Particles. The precipitations occur within both the third and fourth dimensional
background fields, including both the appropriate dense and auric counterparts.
At the heart of it, Intelligence and Substance
are the only two polarities
in existence. When the precipitating clumps of Tiny Particles pop into
existence they instantly meet the all encompassing presence
of the first dimensional Intelligence aspect of the background fields head on
with nowhere to go. A tension is instantly set up through the differences in
polarity.
As the fragments themselves subsequently clump
together within the fields, the tension increases until under influence from
the enhanced electromagnetic fields of the background ether, the clumps suddenly snaps into spin to
relieve the tension as a direct conversion of the tension into angular momentum. The clumps are
from the third and fourth dimension and the angular momentum is from the staff and rod
Energy connections of the second
dimension.
Depending on the amount of clumping and exact micro environmenting
within the field at the exact instant of snap, a clump will spin in one
direction or the other and the amount of the angular momentum will be according
to the size of the clump and rate of spin.
The fragment's spin creates a new found torus shaped electromagnetic field
called magnetic. Magnetic fields are completely unique to the Galactic Underworld.
(Fig. 93).

The torus shaped magnetic
field frees the fragment from hard alignment within the background ether,
allowing it to move freely in any direction as an independent bodily object. The
freely orienting magnetic field
alignments allow the bodily fragments to accumulate into individualized bodies of
subatomic particles, elementary particles, atoms, molecules, and mass, whereby
Triangle end points connections become moot. In the following depiction, view
the different magnetic field alignments by looking at the middle of each cubit.
Also, for ease of viewing
only the Lower Triangle components in the depiction have all
been coloured orange. (Fig. 94).

Accumulation, as the arbitrary depiction in fig. 94 clearly shows is
through the magnetic fields and not the triangle end points as they no longer
meet end to end like the background fields. And they are not tightly
bound. Also shown is the fact that spin directionalities are not
systematic. You call the interactions between the magnetic fields the strong nuclear force and
the remnant attraction interactions between the triangle end points whenever
occurring the weak nuclear force.
By principle, opposite magnetic fields attract and likes repel.
As the fragments clump, and the clumps clump into elementary
particles and eventually bodies, their polarities amalgamate in such a way that
a body's net polarity to the background field is always the same no matter how large the amalgamate. This leaves them
held immersed in a frozen state of balanced equilibrium through the completely
equal repulsion coming in from all directions within the background fields.
Meaning all competing forces acting upon the body from the background ether is in
balance through the alignment.
Because of angular momentum, any spinning body has a gyroscope effect, making it
hard to move it in some directions and easy in others. More work is needed to
move it in a hard direction than in an easy. In a body's net alignment to the
background fields, the spins and angular momentums of the body's part are in
equilibrium. If the body is moved, the individual body parts all need to realign
to to remain in equilibrium with the background fields in accordance with
the new direction of motion. The gyroscopic effect of all the body's the
spinning parts kicks in and work is need to effect the change into the new
motion.
The work needed is reflected as that which you call the body's
inertia. The work done causes the magnetic field of the body
to plough against the background field in front of its motion like a ship
ploughing through ice. Once a body has started moving, as the object
ploughs through in front of its motion, the background field presses in back of the propagation by
the all inclusive pressure of its field. Which
pushes the body along in back by the collapsing pressure. Like constantly pinching along a
slippery watermelon seed.
The work done by the object prying through the field in front
is exactly balanced by the work done by the field squeezing it along
in back. The net effect, is that once started no additional Energy is needed
to keep the propagation going in a principle similar to a soliton. Additional Energy is needed to change
the motion of the body again or bring it to a halt, reflected as that you call
momentum.
What you call the mass of a bodily object is from the love
vibration emanations of the objects collective Lower Triangle components. Love
vibrations attract themselves. The love vibrations of the Lower Triangle are not
directional and are universally oriented. The collective love vibrations of the Lower
Triangle components of one bodily object attract the collective love
vibrations of the Lower Triangle component of other bodily objects and
visa versa, as the force you call 'Gravity'.
The larger a bodily object, the more Lower Triangles
contained in it's collective cubistic matrixes in a value measurement you call it's
mass, and the greater is it's love attraction reflected as a greater pull of
gravity.
You equate Inertia in
Ordinary Matter Substance bodies as mass when they are stationary, and momentum when
they are moving.
Just as the bottom end of the Galactic
Underworld makes contact with the Great Even Pool of Darkness, the bottom of Creation
makes a similar direct contact with the Intelligent Breath of the
Great Even Pool of
Darkness through the bottom end of the first dimension. Under
additional appropriate circumstances, a unit of Breath can also be captured in with some of
the spinning bodies, plicked
in during the snap. When it likewise meets the all encompassing Substance
presence of the clump, it converts into raw light as a formed unit of electrical charge and binds to the
spinning body as a first dimensional component.
Attraction in static charges comes from the Intelligent
Breath, not from the Tiny Particles. The Tiny Particles in the Even Pool are not attracted to one another.
Every Tiny Particle is an island unto itself but are collectively conscious as Omega.
The Intelligent Breath is a single vibrating whole,
conscious as Alpha. There is no part of the Even Pool at large where the single vibrating whole of Intelligent
Breath is not present in some form or other. No part of Intelligence can ever be fully separated from the single vibrating
whole.
When Intelligence is pried apart, it stays cohesively
connected to itself, even if by a hairline tether. All Soul Atoms in projection remain connected
to the Breath through their Alpha factor. The so called golden cord.
When plicked, the charge
state comprises a fusion between the Breath and Energy from the Energy level in
the first sub octave background field of the fourth dimension.
Even though each charge is a
unit it stays tied to the Intelligent Breath. It also stays tethered to the
first dimensional background fields through quantum interactions which confuses
a lot of you.
The assorted precipitating matter fragments and charge states
themselves eventually interact, gradually coalescing into the subatomic or fundamental particles of
Matter Substance. In some of your literatures the subatomic particles are referred to as fermions. The fermions
themselves eventually coalesce
into elementary particles such as protons, neutrons, and electrons. And finally into atoms, molecules,
and mass, where a single electron contains over a hundred thousand of the
precipitating Tiny Particles.
The lower frequency Energies of the lower four dimensions come from the collective background
fields of the Co-Creative intentions of the Soul Atom projectors,
and are interred into the fragments from the fields when they precipitate and not until. The Great Even Pool of
Darkness itself is completely devoid of Energy. Mixed vibrations of the Breath and Particles in consciousness do not produce
Energy. The mixed vibrations produce light, and light per se' is not
Energy. Light led to Energy being begotten.
Energy was created by the Creators after the fact, as a
planed combination of frequencies of the Particles and consciousness of Alpha and a
combination of the frequencies of the Breath and consciousness of Omega in their
fifteenth dimensionality. Energy has no actual existence above the sixteenth
dimension and only partial in the sixteenth.
Likewise, the Crisscrossing lines in
the Omega portion of the sixteenth dimension are not yet raised to Energy as there
are no positive polarity contacts within the
Substance portion to interact with. The positive and negative
polarities of the respective Upper and Lower Triangles present within the
sixteenth dimension, remain separate within the separated frequencies of Alpha
and of Omega as they are not yet re-unified as an interactive Starr of David until the fifteenth dimension.
From the fifteen dimension on down, Energy is an active and vital component of
Reality, allowing the Will and Desirte of Alpha and Omega to be fulfilled
through the responsibility of the Only Begotten Son/Daughter.
Since no two cubits in Creation are exactly the same, in formulating the fragment changes within the
background fields according to their creative purpose, the exact flavour of any particular composite of background fields
is uniquely tailored for just that particular
composite. The initiating thermal, kinetic, and angular frequencies
of the precipitating fragments will be uniquely configured to just that particular
background environment.
The exact mathematical behaviour of the Substance/Energy in any field will differ somewhat from any other.
Through the lack of rod
interactions, the exact Physical Laws as measured by Man on Planet
Earth within its local solar system, are unique for just Earth and its particular solar system and non
other, though all are within certain similar respects. The exact laws of the Orion Solar Sector differ
from those of the Draco Solar Sector. Each Local Universe is different from any other. Each
Super Universe is governed by its particular attribute, collective facts about which
you are oblivious.
Proper higher dimensional teleporting in Radionnic ships requires knowing
exactly what frequency adjustments to make when going from one local to another.
Preliminary Energies of gravity and magnetic
attractions are likewise interred into the precipitating fragments, derived from the upper fourth dimensional Starrs
of David Energy presences within the background fields, enhanced from the Energy presences within the
second dimension and Intelligence frequencies of the first.
The main flow of Energy from the seventh dimension to
the fourth is through the Starrs of David continuity which remains continuous throughout. The conduction
is electromagnetic. From the seventh to the fifth it is spiritually oriented. From the fifth to the fourth
it is magnetic.
The interface into the fourth dimension is through the higher
auric fields of the ferrous metals, iron, cobalt, and nickel. The atomic weights of iron, cobalt, and
nickel, are twenty six, twenty seven, and twenty eight respectively.
Within the forty nine levels of the fourth dimension,
the first twenty one levels are from the first three sub octaves of Intelligence, Energy, and Substance.
Adding in the first four levels of the fourth sub octave brings it to twenty two, twenty three, twenty
four, and twenty five respectively. The next three levels are the three higher auric levels of the
fourth sub octave, bringing the numbers up to twenty six, twenty seven, and twenty eight, the respective
atomic weights of iron, cobalt, and nickel.
Atoms of iron, cobalt, and nickel are present in
the cellular structures of all living things including Starrs and Planets, serving to distribute the
Starrs of David Energies throughout the lower dimensions at large. Electromagnetics
and magnetics are a main factor holding the lower material realms together aided
by gravity and mass.
Consciousness polarity and
physical polarity work oppositely to each other. In the polarities of
consciousness likes attract. In the polarities of physics they repel. In the original
electro-magnetic flux set up
by the Creators within their unification, like polarities attracted and
opposites repelled as the means for enabling continuing movements of
consciousness between them as Creativity. As you can plainly see in figs. 4 to 8 of Starrgram
3, expansion within the electromagnetic field of the Starr of David was established
strictly on this basis.
The original electoromagnetic
attraction between the polarities was also used in setting up the Starr of David
through the Upper and Lower Triangle polarities.
Whereby opposite polarities attracted. The
respective top and bottom poles of the Starr of David result from that
effect as harmoniously flowing electromagnetic lines of force.
As seen in fig. 89, in any cubistic matrix, a
negative Starr end always connects to a positive Starr end. This allows the
electromagnetic field of the cubit at the one Starr end to flow harmoniously
into the electromagnetic field of the cubit at the connecting Starr end.
Cubits within cubistic
matrixes consequently stay aligned and are harmoniously oriented such that no two
like poles ever meet. It is entirely possible for the differing frequencies of
many cubistic matrixes to exist superimposed within each other as long as their
polarities remain properly aligned.
This is the principle by which
individuals are able to levitate and teleport their cubistic matrixes around
within the cubistic environments in the fifth dimension and higher, unaligning their
polarities with respect to the one vibrational field to leave, and re-aligning them
into the next to enter, in the fifth dimension to move around, in the
seventh dimension to phase in and out of the different frequency allocations in sitro.
In the fifth dimension and higher, smaller individual cubistic matrixes overlay greater
cubistic matrixes in polarity alignment as the higher dimensional equivalent of
object materializations within an environment. In the third dimension it is
different. Spinning particles and bodies are completely unique to the Galactic
Underworld. Materialized bodies in the fifth dimension and higher do not spin,
remaining planer to the matirx which they are component. Through spin, particles and bodies in
the Galactic Underworld are free to move in any direction in
the Galactic Underworld under the limitations of Inertia and Mass.
That the like poles of third
dimensional magnetized objects or spinning particles can be observed to repel
and opposites attract comes strictly from the fact that unlike cubits within cubistic matrixes the physical magnetized objects and spinning
particles of the third dimension are free to move around with respect to each
other within their environments.
In the third dimension, if two like poles end up
meeting end to end, the lines of force from their respective polarities will
instantly cause the bodies to wheel around so that their fields flow back
into each other again harmoniously again according to the cubistic rule.
Likewise, if they meet adjacent side by side,
which is not a possibility in the higher dimensions. (Fig. 95).

Matter Substance also occurs in two forms,
Ordinary Matter Substance and Electromagnetic Matter Substance which has very
little mass. The original precipitating fragments of
Matter Substance also migrate upwards into photons of Electromagnetic Matter Substance. The photons make their appearance within the background fields of the
Galactic Underworld on a constantly ongoing basis as that called the
cosmic microwave background radiation.
The background radiation gradually converts into the other frequencies of electromagnetic
Matter Substance by absorption and emission within Ordinary Matter Substance on an
ongoing basis. Photons pr0pogate by the same principle of squeezed watermelon
seed as does
Ordinary Matter Substance. Because they have only slight mass, once emitted they continue propagating at a constant
speed until re-absorbed.
Through the net interaction between Ordinary Matter
Substance and Electromagnetic Matter Substance, the third dimension is the engine room which produces
the raw materials for the Outer Creation to grow in ever expanding circles of light, life, love, and
liberty.
Man calls the limited frequencies of Electromagnet
Matter Substance 'light' and 'radiations' in ignorance of the full radiance of the Only Begotten
Son/Daughter which is all around them.
The lower frequencies of both the staff radials and
the Starr of David emanations outcome in the fourth dimension as the Energies
you are familiar with which you call science. Starrs of David are responsible for the magnetic and electromagnetic effects through the auric
fourth dimension. The radial lines of Energy manifest as thermodynamics and kinetics through the
second dimension.
The two presences together are experienced by you
as everyday physics. The mechanical and electromagnetic Energies come from the lowest
frequencies of the power of attraction between the polarities set up by the Creators.
You call the collective study of the first three
dimensions Science. The study of Substance from the Energy side deals with
temperature and pressure. The study of Energy from the Substance side deals with
mass and momentum. The study of Energy from the Intelligence side deals with charge states. And the study
of Energy from the Substance and Intelligence sides together deals with electromagnetism and
gravity.
The background fields are all governed by consciousness.
The Tiny Particles do not precipitate ad hoc, only in the presence of responsible consciousnesses.
There are no non conscious aspects of Creation. Creation is from the lap of consciousness.
As the original Great Even Pool
of Darkness self of Alpha and Omega was
far too big for them to cohere out of chaos as a single event, now, by their created cubistic rule,
whenever a fragment precipitates out of the Even Pool, frequencies of the Tiny Particles are aligned
directly in parity with an equal quotient of the frequencies of Intelligence through the action of
all the Energies involved.
Additionally, Crisscrossing staff lines become drawn in and
aligned from the sixteenth dimension into larger lower dimensional cubistic
formulations in the Outer Creation as the precipitating fragments begin to accumulate.
As the fragments accumulate through the action of
the projecting Soul Atoms in participation, the first four dimensions act as the starting point where
the lowest frequencies of the overall Energy potentials associated with Intelligence and Substance become
eventually worked up into ever expanding Christ Consciousness at the highest level.
The work done whenever a
consciousness becomes Christed or gains experience, is in combing the
frequencies of the original intertwined incoherent vibrations of Intelligent
Breath and Tiny Particles of Substance of the Even Pool of Darkness into perfect alignments
within expanded Christ Conscious Triune expressions within the ever expanding Christ Consciousness frequencies of the Only Begotten
Son/Daughter.
The expanding Christ Consciousnesses
are then able to return to
Creation as newly Trinitized Soul Atom projections. Providing yet more Christ consciousness to work
with within the fields. Allowing yet more fields to be projected. Which allows yet more precipitations
to occur at the bottom levels in an ever expanding rate. By the process, the Creators are gradually
converting their original chaotic Great Even Pool of Darkness self into
permanent light.
The rules by which the accumulated
Substances and
garnered Energies behave in the first, second, and third dimensions are what
you call the Laws of Physics.
The Energies gained by the precipitating fragments are in quantized amounts because the processes are
cubistically governed so cannot be analogue.
The overall Energies of the third and lower fourth dimensions
similarly transfer from one part to another in overall quantumized amounts under cubistic rule. All Energy
interactions in Creation are in quantized amounts because Creation is cubistically ruled. Big or small, the
same is true for all changing frequencies in Creation.
Any change in your consciousness into a new level of awareness
occurs in sudden quantized amounts. Anyone who has undergone any kind of consciousness expansion is well
aware of this fact. Even ordinary classroom learning occurs in sudden new levels of insight. All progression
in Creation is quantized in amount according to rule, from micro to macro. All changes occur suddenly
in perspective, big or small, it doesn't matter.
Populations in Creation normally begin in the fifth dimension. Only a few third
and fourth dimensional populations exist, mostly aberrant remnants from
Lucifer's ill conceived attempt to build a subverted Creation based on 'Service
to Self' vibrations rather than those of Love and Service to the Creation for
the Creators in all thought word deed in the mal-activity officially known as 'The Luciferion Self Will Rebellion of the Cosmic Overplus'.
On Earth, aberrant populations exist in all seven
sub octaves of the fourth dimension. The third level of each sub octave is a substance materialization in astral light. Each third
level materialization carries a population. The auric materializations are etheric domains which
are all higher in frequency than the visible materialization of the third dimension.
The cubits at the seven
o'clock position in each of the seven sub octaves of fig. 88 depict the seven
levels of materializations in astral light. The levels are found in layers around
the Earth like the skins of an onion. The farther out the layer, the higher the
frequency of the layer.
The lowest populated level is about a thousand feet
thick floating out at roughly a hundred and twenty miles. The second layer is made of a lighter etheric
material and is about four hundred miles out. The third is about twelve hundred miles out, the fourth
about thirty four hundred miles, the fifth about twelve thousand miles, the sixth at
the forty
thousand mile mark, and the seventh, the lightest, is approximately half way to lunar orbit.
Each successive layer is less
dense than the one below. The third sub octave level of materialization in
astral light is not the same as the third dimensional frequency of visible
light for being of a higher frequency for being of the fourth dimension.
People reside in the
respective auric levels according to their frequency while awaiting grace to
re-incarnate. Those residing in the two
populated astral levels below the third populated astral level are considered to be in the lower
astral Hell
states. Those who reside in the four populated astral levels above the third are
said to be in the higher planes of existence.
Those residing in the third
populated astral level are for the most part riff raff, crippled by inhibiting
crystallized thought patterns preventing them for the moment from moving into the other
astral materializations according to their frequency. Also temporarily preventing them from undertaking
proper re-incarnations.
Their presences, at the closest astral frequency
attunement to the visible materialization of the third dimension, accounts for some of the
so called ghosts
and other spectral phenomena you observe from time to time. Who need to let go of their ties to the visible third so they
can move on to one or another of the other sub octave levels in accordance with their current level of
frequency in proper preparation for a proper re-incarnation.
Existence in any of the
populated levels is strictly temporary,
subject only for permission to re-incarnate at the next appropriate opportunity within the visible third.
Since death does not exist in dimension five and higher, re-incarnation normally means
projecting between the higher dimensions for assorted sojourns according to
dispensation and responsible calls to be of love and service.
In the third and fourth dimensions, re-incarnating means
returning the lower dimensions of conditions again until you have removed the
lesser frequencies of your expression by taking proper responsibility again in
love and service to the Creation for the Creators as re-aligned Sons and
Daughters of the Creators according to your original created ordainment.
The third, fourth, and fifth dimensions are tied
together through Substance. The fifth dimensional societal materializations of the Outer Creation are
hosted within the fifth dimensional vibrational aspects of the Planets, Stars, and the other celestial
objects as abodes. Earth as abode is currently home to a small fifth dimensional
administrative population
due to the temporary loss of its evolutionary population into the third dimension.
The visible third dimension
is therefore not apart from the fourth and fifth dimensions, just the lowest
frequencies of the whole inter-nested materialized expression. Seventh dimensional
abodes exist in their own higher frequency Architectural Spheres. The
Architectural Spheres are not members of Local Solar Sector systems because, as
you can clearly see in fig. 84 of Starrgram 8, they are not tied to the Substance factors
of the fourth and fifth dimensions.
The Energies of the third and fourth dimensions
are likewise the lowest frequencies of the Only Begotten Son/Daughter. The total Energy
which you measure is from
the lowest frequencies possible within the unification of the Creators.
Sixty degree angles are at the heart because a cubit contains
six main equilateral triangles. Six sided snowflake
fractals reflect the sixty degree angle factor from the Ordinary Matter Substance side.
Six sided hexagrams appear in the focus of any lens pointed near a bright light
source such as the Sun reflecting the sixty degree angle factor from the
Electormagnetic Matter Substance side.
Reflected are the sine wave
interactions of sixty degrees. Sine wave propagations are the same whether
sound, electromagnetic, or astrophysical. Much of the Energy transferring from the center of a
Sun to its surface is by sound wave propagation.
You are well aware that energy moves from the center of the sun to the surface by
sound waves. You are at a loss to account for it however by the fact that it is a lot more
Energy than your acoustical equations account for. It is because the transferences
are harmoniously conducted through assorted cubistic matrix interactions, not
just mechanically propagated through the physical mediums as you suppose.
The differing dimensions of
Creation are differentiated by frequency and density. The density of the cubits
determines the densities of the dimension and fit to the dimensional octave
vibratory rate involved. Density and frequencies operate
oppositely to each other.
Where the frequency is lowest
the density is highest and vice versa. Though the higher and higher levels of
the fourth dimension are each more active in frequency than the one below, they
are proportionately less dense than the one below. The Outer Creation is far more dense than the
Inner Creation. The Inner Creation is far more dense than Paradise.
The highest frequency in
Creation and lowest density is Paradise. The third dimensional Ordinary Matter
Substance materialization
in visible light has the highest density and the lowest frequency.
The fourteenth dimension
containing only the Cube and Sphere of Alpha and Omega, is least dense of all
for being of Pure Intelligence, Energy, and Substance, and is the most diffuse.
The dimensions above the Cube and Sphere are not indentured by density as they
precede the materializing of Substance into outer bodily form. Which began with
the Cube and Sphere.
Though shorter in wave length, the higher dimensional
frequencies interact at greater distances apart. Auric bodies of the fourth
dimension, which are much higher in frequency than the outer bodies of the
third, are many times larger. When viewed inter-dimensionally, you have a seven foot tall fifth dimensional body and a nine foot tall seventh
dimensional body.
The auric fourth dimensional
component of an electron is almost a thousand times larger than its third
dimensional component. The auric bodies of two of you in the same room overlap. The auric fields of Planets
and their moons overlap. The auric body of the Planet whose outer
bodily projection is now the asteroid belt, is the whole asteroid belt. The
auric field of a Sun encompasses its whole family of Planets.
Galaxies wheel around as though a solid object because
they are in effect cubistically united within their matrixes in their higher dimensionalities. The macro bodies
within a galaxy
sit united as though the differing counties of a country. What scientists conclude must be 'Dark
Energy' and
'Dark Matter' are merely the higher dimensional frequencies of Energy and Substance.
You are single mindedly familiar with the frequencies of
the third dimension because it is your current frequency of materialization.
The problem with the presence of higher consciousness
in the third and fourth dimensions becomes readily apparent. Consciousness
is normally tied to the refined
frequencies of Intelligence and Substance in the fifth dimension and up, and
was never originally blueprinted for harmonious existence
within the harsh frequencies of Matter Substance.
Much of the current chaotic
problem of Earth's third dimensionality is from the fact that consciousnesses
nonetheless managed to become materialized into the Substances of the
third and fourth dimensions anyway through the unsanctioned mis-construences of
the Luciferian Rebellion.
The condition is reversible, and is now undergoing
total reconfiguration throughout all of Christ Michael's Local Universe as the all encompassing inter-dimensional activity
known as Armageddon already well underway. Armageddon does not apply to any
other Local Universe as the Luciferian conflagration never passed beyond.
Within the current Earth condition, as your
consciousness becomes freer and freer of the conditions of lesser thought, it will become freer
and freer of the lower frequency material constraints of gravity and inertia until you are eventually
able to teleport freely around Creation again within your original mandated responsibility.
