Planetary Law deals with Energies of the Planet. Solar Law deals with Energies of the Sun. Galactic Law deals with Energies of the Local Solar Sector. Re-establishing Earth's membership within the Galactic Council is conditional upon returning it to stability within Galactic Law.

Solar Law comes in through Leo, Galactic Law comes in through Aquarius. Solar Law came in to a point during Atlantis in the Leo dispensation.

Solar Law comprises the one hundred and forty four astrophysical frequencies called 'facets of the throne'. Galactic Law comprises one hundred and forty four thousand astrophysical principles known as 'The Chosen Ones'.

Within every Local Universe, every Galaxy is sectored into solar system groups of approximately a thousand systems each. Every Starr in every Solar Sector is fully populated at the fifth dimension. Every Starr also has a family of twelve Planets. Every Planet eventually evolves into a Starr. Once a Starr's family of twelve Planets have all evolved, the Starr completes its own evolution into a white dwarf, brown dwarf, neutron star, pulsar, or such.

Every Planet has a fifth dimensional Celestial administration and sometimes a root race in evolution. 'In my Father's house are many mansions'.

At present only a tiny number of Planets have an evolution existing in a time line, consequent of regressed conditions such as those upon Planet Earth. The time lines were the result of the Luciferion Rebellion and confined to this Local Universe. Of the trillions upon trillions of Planets in Christ Michael's Local Universe alone, only the twenty-eight thousand in all were caught up in the Rebellion at even a minor level.

On only about ten percent of the twenty-eight thousand of the afflicted Planets did the conditions become severe enough for the Ascendant evolution to become subject to a third dimensional time line. A Planet in Antares has an evolution in a time line state similar to Earth's, whose consciousness is functioning in a very positive state near the very top end of the seventh octave of the astral planes of its fourth dimension. Very positive time line work is similarly occurring on a Planet around the Starr Beta Pictoris in the constellation Pictor.

The evolution on Earth is currently functioning in the consciousness frequencies of the fourth astral octave, which is the transition zone between the lower frequencies of the first three octaves and the higher frequencies of the fifth, sixth, and seventh octaves. With respect to bleak conditions, Earth is near the top rather than the bottom of the ten percent of Planets which are currently time-line afflicted.

The third dimensional name for the Planet is Earth. The fifth dimensional name is Urantia. The Seventh Dimensional name is Zestra/Zestrian for the Male/Female Soul Atom/Atum in projection.

Planet Earth is presently governed from the fifth dimensional Metahhvetahh valley in the Himalayas. The valley, not visible to third dimensional eyes, has also been called Shambala and even popularized within Earth lore as Shangri La.

Earth's solar system is governed by the Saturnian Council on Saturn. The population is fifth dimensional and housed mainly within a cubistic matrix at the North Pole. The outline of the matrix is visible as a hexagon shaped configuration around the north pole through magnetic and ionnic effects in the upper atmosphere.

The government of the Local Solar Sector is in Orion. The Galaxy government is at Nebadon near the center of the Milky Way galaxy.

The government of the Local Universe is at Salvington also in the Milky Way galaxy. The government of the seventh Super Universe is Uversa, ninety billion light years from Earth's solar system. Nirvana is a satellite of Uversa. Nirvana is the portal to the eight dimensional transitional void to the Inner Creation for the evolution in this Super Universe.

Earth's Solar system has a proto Planet outside the orbit of Pluto which does not yet have a third dimensional outer bodily projection. The Planet is called Nibiru in some Earth explanations. The Solar system also has a very highly evolved electron Planet named Vulcan existing just inside the photosphere of the Sun.

Earth's current high tech impetus comes directly from Vulcan through a specially dispensated fifth dimensional attunement. The purpose is to give Mankind something to work with in harmony together in their outer world activity instead of destructively. Evidently catching on.

The twelfth and final Planet is between Mars and Jupiter, originally called Maldek. Maldek lost its third dimensional outer Matter projection in the laser effected cataclysm about two and a half billion years ago, and is now referred to as the Asteroid Belt.

After the blast, large shards moving slowly with respect to the orbit of Mars, imbedded on Mars' surface as the mammoth irregular outcroppings still showing. Quicker moving shards with respect to Mars' orbit left large crater impacts and lengthwise scars. Giant surface upheavals from the abrupt gravitational changes left gigantic earthquake cracks.

When Maldek exploded, the molten interior was scattered out in irregular solidified blobs. The present day moons of the Solar system's Planets which are spherical in shape, are properly constituted satellites. The moons all show similar extensive asteroid bombardment from around the time, including Earth's moon. The rest of the so called Planetary moons are irregular shaped  blobs of Maldek which have been captured.

A loosened Maldekian satellite struck Earth approximately two and a half billion years ago, causing Earth to fall from pure crystalline to dross. On the inner action, the higher action of Earth's Substance DNA fell from eight, ten, and twelve strands, to two. On the outer action the planet became covered in deep lava, and the original crystallized rock was pushed deep down into the mantle and melted.

A billion years ago a time line evolution was precipitated on Earth's surface to work through the DNA structure to help raise the frequency back to whole sound and perfect high frequency crystalline. Another of Maldek's freed satellites was brought in as the Earth's Moon to provide Mother frequency support by special dispensation.

By the appropriate time and confluence of forces to come, the DNA will become sufficiently evolved to handle an abrupt transition back into the higher strands, whose time is now arriving. With the DNA structure returned to full capability the auric frequencies of the planet will be returned to full functionality.

To begin the transition, the flora and fauna on Earth were specifically engineered to convert into crystalline rock when subjected to great temperature and pressure at depth. The change is most evident at the material levels but also effected all higher astral frequencies involved back to pure form.

As the vegetation flourished and renewed year after year over the ages, the organic coverings became buried deeper and deeper until finally converting through great depth temperatures and pressures into crystalline sedimentary rocks plus metamorphic rock within the layering in a constantly generating cycle.

Coral calciums and other organic products of the ocean, likewise gradually converted into limestones and other crystalline sedimentaries over the millenniums through the same processes of extreme temperature and pressure at depth.

The continents were moved around over the surface over the ages so that all parts eventually experienced the same type of organic conversion within the so called temperate zones of the planet. The purpose of the tectonic plates.

Some of the first converted land masses are now parked safely under the poles. The final areas being converted are now in the temperate areas of flourishing fauna and flora as known today. A few remnants of the original crystalline structure still remain as very ancient rock outcroppings such as the Canadian Shield and a similar outcropping of identical rock in Australia.

Except for a few superficial surface flows, the deep lava crust covering the Earth is now fully back into crystalline forms which induct at much higher frequencies than the hardened lava dross. The once dross coverings are now all pushed back down into the magmas of the Earth's mantle and returned to melt.

Earth is again ready for its push to evolutionary completion blueprinted many many billions of years ago. Some of the inductions coming into Earth now, resonate at exactly the frequency of quartz, a main component of Earth's refurbished outer crust.

Other inductions resonating with other of the outer crystalline substances will occur. Higher frequency forms of crystalline which have been successfully returned into Earth's inner DNA structure, will allow for higher frequency resonances to occur through the Earth's upper fourth, fifth, and seventh dimensional frequencies.  Earth's evolution is back on track and on time.

About six hundred million years ago, the Luciferion interlopers began meddling in Earth's time line frequencies by introducing Nplus static stress into the matrixes.

Approximately two hundred and fifty million years ago the root race program for Earth was officially inaugurated. The first root race to evolve was Taikotean. The first of the Taikoteans to compete the cycle was the Soul Atom/Atum pair, who became known two thousand years ago as the Soul Mate pair Jesus of Nazareth and Mary Magdalene.

Three and a half million years ago, the last and final contingent of the Adamic Root Race, the last and final Root Race to evolve within Earth's frequencies, were lured into Earth's' third dimension and became trapped.

Eleven thousand years ago the lost souls from Maldek were brought into Earth's time line to begin a special process of clearing and to enjoin in Earth's re-introduction back into Solar Law. Through their Akasic record, a Soul Atom from a time line can remain out of a time line for long periods and restart where they left off once they resume time line incarnating again.

The Maldekian émigrés eventually caused Atlantis and the re-introduction of Solar Law to become forfeit. After mass incarnating again as the Philistines, then again as the Romans, they are incarnated again in mass at the present time as mostly Americans for the opportunity to start again towards undoing the consequences of their discordant activities of the past.

To return Earth to Solar Law at the present time, means to return the consciousness of the populous back into harmony with the full one hundred and forty four frequencies of Solar Law. Astrology, as introduced thirty five hundred years ago is a corruption of Solar Law.

Astrophysics, as detailed in Chapter 13, is the correction back to Solar Law. Solar Law is based on astrophysics, where every solar system has a family of twelve Planets and every solar system receives a unique enrichment of the twelve astrophysical frequencies or energy principles in accordance with the Tree of Life.

Every Planet is particularly attuned to one of the twelve frequencies. Every Planet receives all of the frequencies and re-expresses them mixed in with its own back to all of the other Planets. Which is twelve times twelve. There are therefore the one hundred and forty-four unique energy principles or astrophysical radiations for that system which each Planet receives.

The frequencies are uniquely important for that particular solar system and called its Solar Law. The astrophysical rule of Solar Law is a fifth dimensional fact of Creation. The particular flavours of the overall Solar System astrophysical principles which each given planet receives as its specific Tree of Life formula, dovetails as that planet's Solar Law. The frequencies of a planet's one hundred and forty four astrophysical principles of the Tree of Life are the same as the planet's one hundred and forty four principles of Solar Law.

How the consciousnesses on each Planet respond to the frequencies, depends upon the Planet's predominant frequency. How the different frequencies affect consciousness on Mars for example is completely different from how they affect those on Earth. The respective predominant frequencies are completely different, as the purpose for Mars' existence is completely different even though the principles overriding each frequency are always the same.

In order for a Planet to be in complete alignment with its Solar Law, the Planet must be in proper alignment with all one hundred and forty-four of the Energy principles for that Solar System. In order for a Planet to be in complete alignment with all one hundred and forty-four Energy principles for that Solar System, the whole mass consciousness of its current population must be so aligned.

How the mass consciousness becomes so aligned is that each member of the population accepts in consciousness that the principles exist, understands them, and always work with the principles positively for the greater good of Creation. Fifth dimensional populations are typically in alignment with the Solar Law in which they are questered by nature of their typical proper acceptance of responsibility to the Creation.

That astrophysics also currently impacts so dominantly upon Man in the time line of Earth's surface, is only a consequence of the fact that a time line evolution had to be instigated on Earth's surface to help re-harmonize its frequencies whereby the third dimensional aspect of Solar Law became a derived effect. The lowest Matter Substance frequencies of the astrophysical radiations also had to be incorporated into consciousnesses and dealt with.

In Earth's special case, before Atlantis the consciousness of the bogged down Adamic root race as a whole had never even been attempted to become properly aligned before. For awhile during Atlantis and through some of Earth's earlier episodes, it was aligned amongst only a small handful of the more advanced members.

The problem for the overall population in general was that a mass consciousness which is not even attuned to its own fourth dimensionality is very hard to deliver into a full awareness of fifth dimensional Solar Law through its third dimensional levels of awareness.

After holding steady in the minds of a few adepts for the past thirty five hundred years, fortunately for all, Solar Law is finally catching on.

At the beginning of the nineteen sixties, only a small percentage of the population accepted astrology. Since the beginning of the eighties astrology is commonly accepted as a part of daily life, even in the most regressed cultures. Therefore everyone is already well on their way towards an eventual full proper acceptance. It is only a matter of everyone moving past the bygone precepts of Astrology and into the proper delineation of Earth's program as astrophysics during the new millennium to come.

Once the mass consciousness moves upwards out of the more limited precepts of astrology into the acceptance of the full one hundred and forty-four frequencies of astrophysics, and accepts the principles of the frequencies as the expectations for daily life instead of just elements of astrology and its constantly construing lesser effects known as horoscopes, the job is done.

It's not that much farther to go once the pundits who purvey astrology catch onto the principles and start to express them in their daily utterings.

How you become individually right with Solar Law is that you are right with all one hundred and forty-four principles of the law within your own consciousness. When your one hundred and forty-four cubistic principles in consciousness are in complete harmony with the one hundred and forty-four facets of the throne, you are in complete harmony with the Solar Law of the solar system into which you are projected.

Through harmonic interaction with the one hundred and forty-four cubistic principles of consciousness, your consciousness receives constant enrichment from the one hundred and forty-four astrophysical facets of the throne. Once you have brought the two sides together into harmonization in frequency through proper thought in right direction, you can sustain the frequencies of transfiguration.

The process of harmonization comes naturally, not through patent rituals or systematized beliefs. You only need to clean up your thoughts by getting rid of the old contaminations so the Energy can move through properly in new alignments. And to work with the simple spiritual laws Christ taught two thousand years ago which are to help create the new alignments.

You also need to know and accept the twelve principles of the astrophysical frequencies and the basics governing when induction and discharging takes place so you know what to expect and what is expected of you according to your astrophysical principle. The rest follows naturally. It's not difficult, Chapter 13, 'The Tree of Life', provides nearly all of what you need to know at the outer level.

If someone says they are a Gemini, you need to appreciate what the richness of the expression implies in order to know how to work with them best in the most positive manner for the greater benefit of all. If you are a Gemini, even more has just been said. Ignore the supposed negative aspects which are only from astrological illusion and the present Earth condition. Better still, view it in reverse in order to gist what the true positive aspect should be.

When you feel irritated because of a strong induction, work positively to move through it by staying positive in your expression. Thoughts of love and service to others are amenable to the process, thoughts of self are not. Look at the principle of each new frequency coming in to see how it ties in with your own expression and work to magnify it for the benefit of all.

If you are a Pisces and suddenly start feeling sorry for yourself, know that one of the predominant negative conditions of Pisces is 'Poor Little Old Me'. Work to overcome the tendency.

During Leo and Aquarius, expect new spiritual insights to occur no matter what your current level of understanding. Expect irritations needing translation to occur during Virgo, because the defaulting Planetary Prince was a Virgo and a lot of the resulting  Nplus static ties to the Virgo frequency due to the abrupt discontinuity of the proper frequencies his actions created still exist. Also because the frequencies of Virgo had never been fully moved along properly into the frequencies of Leo during Atlantis because of the disruption.

It is not a big leap for astrologers to start phasing in Solar Law as part of their daily prognostications. The Planetary and other influences of normal astrology could be added later as colorings and overtones rather than as the whole expression. A necessary step eventually.

New astrophysical charts and constellations are already being created for the Aquarian Age. New names instead of the old zodiac animals mythologies will be given to break the old stigmas and judgments placed on the frequencies and upon people today from the current three thousand year old imagery and conceptualizations. The change over is already started to some degree in Chapter 13 and elsewhere by using the principle of the signs as names.

Instead of thinking of Aries, Taurus, Gemini, etc, as a fish, a ram, a bull etc, think of them in terms of the cosmic principle they embody, namely, Universal Son, Material Sharing, Androgen Being, Universal Mother, Universal Father, Universal Daughter, Harmony and Balance, Arrow of Truth, Gate of Life, Outpouring of Truth, and the Anchored Law.

To help make the change, in front of any daily horoscope chart, astrologers need simply to provide the Sun sign and the Moon sign of the day, and whether it is in the inductive or dischargeous phase, plus provide the basic principles as reminders.

When someone knows what the current Sun and proper Moon sign are, what the principles of each sign are, and what the significance of induction vs. dischargeous is, this gives them most of what they need to know at any moment in order to conduct themselves in the most positive manner possible and also what to look out for when there is still static in their consciousness.

Everyone has a unique astrophysical makeup. Most people today scour the horoscopes hoping for cosmic favours coming their way based on their astrology. You need to look instead for the optimum opportunities to help serve humanity coming your way given your astrophysics.

The Moon signs are not hard to figure out. Using the twentieth of every month as the starting point for Aries, change to the next sign every two and a half days with one and a quarter days for inducting and one and a quarter for discharge. This is fairly arbitrary but accurate enough over time as some months have more than thirty days and February less.

You need only know what the principles of the twelve signs are, plus their basic attributes in order to know what kind of frequency to work with during each Moon period within each Sun period over the whole one hundred and forty four transitions of the year. You need only to react positively during each astrophysical frequency given your own birth sign factor added in.

Astrophysics answers to the inner action, horoscopes pander to the outer self, the entire difference between Solar Law and astrology.

The one hundred and forty-four thousand principles, or 'Chosen Ones' of Galactic Law are a completely different matter. You will never see a hundred and forty four thousand 'chosen ones' walking around patting themselves on the back because there are no such privileged persons.

Every solar system belongs to a Solar Sector group of approximately one thousand solar systems. Every Solar Sector belongs to a particular galaxy, where a galaxy can contain untold thousands of Solar Sectors. Galactic Law is of the galaxy, but it is uniquely reflected through the collective frequencies of the particular thousand solar systems of each particular Local Solar Sector.

In order for a Planet to be in complete alignment within the Galactic Law of the galaxy to which it belongs, the population must be in complete alignment with all of the astrophysical Solar Law principles of all one thousand solar systems of the Local Solar Sector to which it belongs.

Each solar system in a Solar Sector has its Solar Law of one hundred and forty four facets of the throne. There are a thousand solar systems to each Solar Sector in principle. One hundred and forty-four times one thousand, equals the one hundred and forty-four thousand Energy principles, the so called Chosen Ones, 'Elect', 'Precious unto God'.

When the population on a Planet is in complete harmony with all one hundred and forty-four thousand Energy principles, the Planet is in complete harmony with the Galactic Law for that Solar Sector.

On Earth, unlike the frequencies of Solar Law which are for everyone to deal with individually, the frequencies of Galactic Law are carried by individual members predisposed within the population. One frequency to each carrier.

The principles come into the Planet as one hundred and forty four thousand different frequency inductions from the thousand different Solar Sectors. Instead of everybody having to deal with them collectively as per Solar Law, each carrier inducts their particular frequency on behalf of the whole population.

The twelve tribes of Israel, also called the Children of Israel, carried the twelve astrophysical frequencies of the One Hundred and Forty-Four Thousand chosen ones divided equally among them. 'Their officers served the King in any matter of the courses that came in and went out month by month throughout all of the months of the year'.

Today the carriers are not outwardly segregated by frequency, but instead walk separately disposed as individuals amongst the populous.

Amongst the millions and millions of higher frequency individuals currently within the voluntary incarnate, the hundred and forty-four thousand chosen ones (Principles) are held variously amongst them in their upper consciousness matrixes, one principle to each carrier by special attunement to the frequency.

There are not just only one hundred and forty-four thousand of you as carriers. Each principle is averaged throughout a large group as a whole, many different carriers for each specific frequency.

Just as one of you might be doing poorly with your role as carrier because of extreme outer consciousness congestion, another might be doing very well in starting to hold the frequencies in proper stability. If two or more of you become stable, all the better. Safe redundancy has never been a problem in the higher Realities because no one ever competes.

As carriers, you manifest the principles inner dimensionally. The responsibility to properly align with the principle through your higher actions of consciousness is mainly internal rather than overt. Initially most of you will be completely unaware in your outer consciousness manifestations of the frequency goings on in your inner higher consciousness Reality.

However, the more and more you become harmonized in consciousness with your upper consciousness activities, the more and more the principle you carry will become a natural part of your outer consciousness expression.

Once you have achieved harmonization, the job is done even though you did not have to perform patent rituals or conditioning routines in order to achieve the alignment. By the time you have become aligned with your Christ Soul Atom or Soul Atum self, you will have become aligned with the 'Chosen One' frequency you carry for it being part and parcel of your higher consciousness responsibilities.

How Earth will be right with Galactic Law is that all of the one hundred and forty four thousand different frequencies which the overall representative group is carrying, will each be individually right within at least one member of each carrier group in consciousnesses. Collectively, all one hundred and forty-four thousand principles of Galactic Law will then be properly linked and inducting and discharging properly on behalf of the whole population.

What it takes is that at least one of you for every frequency will have made it through. What it takes for you to make it through is to start clearing out the lesser thoughts from your outer consciousness now and to start moving through with your intuitions to do good works in Christ love and service for the greatest good.

Once all one hundred and forty-four thousand principles have been properly re-stabilized within the population, Earth will be welcomed back into the Galactic Community as a member in good standing and the quarantine will be lifted.
