The Heavenly Host is the vast fleet of Radionnic Ships outside the orbit of Pluto. The Army of Christ is the voluntary incarnate on Earth.

Michael won a war in the heavens and the Dragon (conglomerate lesser condition) was cast into the Earth.

The Cosmic Plan for Planet Earth includes that the regressed ones, including the negative intelligences, are being given the opportunity to clear their conditions by being allowed to incarnate into Earth's time line at the present time. They are being availed of the high Energy radiations, 'fires from heaven', now arriving to lift the Planet into its own final evolution to protostar.

In the sudden rise of terrorists since the sixties are many who are starting from the very low static conditions of their higher dimensional turn against Creation and have a long way to go. The collected volunteers of the past have also all incarnated in mass at the present time to act as buffer and to have the opportunity to clear up their own acquired conditions at one and the same time. All who are in an incarnation at the present time have bent their knee to Christ.

What you do or don't do in this incarnation is a matter of the conditions of your past, the environment of your birth, what you run into, how you react, and how hot or cold you may choose to be. For example, Jack the Ripper was not heinous by nature. His love for the perfection of the female expression had gone over the top and he had become inconsistent about imperfection.

King Herod, who had ordered the execution of all young Jewish boys in an effort to nip Christ Michael's bestowal in the bud, was likewise not heinous by nature. He was a high ranking voluntary administrative Soul Atom/Atum who had became ensnared by the Black Masters during Atlantis. And who, until recently, had been doing their bidding under telepathic enslavement.

The true Dalai Lama of the Planet billed himself out as a boy guru and is now a spiritual path lecturer. Guruing around is the very last thing he should have been doing. The Dalai Lama was to teach Higher Christ Law to the Adamics. His parents spotted his higher frequency proclivities when very young and concluded he must be a re-incarnating guru. Thus, instead, sadly for all, he is now the subject of Messianic practices. Such are the risks.

Within today's terrorist ranks are included even some of the 'Great Souls' from the voluntary incarnate due to improprietous circumstances of their current birth. Numerous positive 'Old Souls' are likewise incarnated within the voluntary. 'Old Souls' are Creative Sons/Daughters whose Local Universe Creations have long since achieved completion.

'Old Souls' can and do incarnate into the lower ranks to do voluntary works and gain experience. Some can and often do take on a considerable portion of the interdimensional responsibilities goings on during a particular incarnated situation pursuant to their frequency. Others of the Paradisiacal Sons can and do also incarnate into the lower ranks to do voluntary works and gain experience.

Starting in the fifteen hundreds, a new universal language capable of expressing the higher dimensional Christ concepts of Reality has been lowering inter-dimensionally into the world mass consciousness. The language is called English and has been spread around the world from the mouth of the Lion.

The seven candlesticks, seven frequencies of spiritual understanding based on the principle of seven frequencies tied together, have been re-established as the Theosophical Society, Seventh Day Adventists, Christian Scientists, 'I am' Society of Saint Germain, Evangelists, Rosicrucians, and Jehovah's Witnesses.

In the latter part of the nineteenth century, the job of raising the mass consciousness began accelerating through the higher movements of consciousness of many who were considered very enlightened for their time. The crucible this time is the English language rather than a culture. Canada was the pestle.

Canada was originally templared under a nine point Cyclonnic Law configuration of nine provinces. The negatively forced inclusion of the Province of Newfound into the mix at the end of the forties, required a re-matrixing into a dual male/female configuration of five French speaking  provinces and five English. A new Canadian constitution reflecting the change was struck in the mid eighties.

Since the nineteen eighties, Canada now has a fully chartered dual culture Constitution, where English Canada reflects the Male action in consciousness and French Canada the Female. The United States is still out of balance as it has never been re-constituted after Hawaii was forced into the original templar matrix of forty eight states below the forty ninth parallel and Alaska above in reflection of the forty nine states of the astral planes.

Canada is also now fully constituted in the metric system of measurements which is based on units of ten reflecting the five plus five nature of its new alignment. A new monetary system called 'Local Employment Trading System', or LETS, based on the anti-usury principle of bartering, had its start in Canada in the nineteen seventies.

The principle has now spread to small pocket bartering systems around the world. Argentina is one of the first countries where a LETS type program has started to move up into the mainstream levels of the economy replacing the old monetary system which is based on usury. As a result, Argentina was recently able to retire its debt to the International Monetary Fund, one of the first nations in the world to be able to do so.

In the mid-fifties, the Cosmic Circle publications of a Uniphysicist were commenced. In the latter fifties, parts of the information were used as the backbone for a full Christ Melchizedek teaching which was to be brought forward into a societal format. Initial efforts to bring some of the Elect of Christ together for the teachings at the end of the fifties were unsuccessful.

The 'Last Generation' are the parents of the baby boomers. On October tenth of nineteen sixty-two, the veil was partially lifted. Mankind was moved up overnight into the awareness of consciousness. Those with higher energy engrams in their consciousness immediately started plugging into the new levels of awareness. Those without did not, leaving the last generation hanging behind as a distinctively crystallized consciousness group, aptly reflected through the frapsey motion pictures and outwardly garish material affects of the time.

By the mid sixties, hippies and flower children, distinguished for being aware of consciousness, had already made a sudden appearance. Before the sixties, those who believed in such as astrology were considered kooks. After the sixties those who did not were considered square.

In the mid sixties, an inner dimensional call went out to start gathering the voluntary together from all around the world to undergo the Christ teachings and become part of a dynamic outer Co-Creative creative center co-operative. They would have hooked up under the Elect of Christ had the Elect become properly aligned during the late fifties and early sixties. Originally the raised up voluntary were to be visible to the population. 'By their works ye shall know them'.

Unfortunately, many who had started responding to the call became side-tracked into the numerous neo-spiritual and religious groups which had sprung up suddenly in lee of the enlightenment being passed on down into the mass consciousness from on high through their realities. Some of the ranks swelled overnight into the millions, siphoning off the migration.

Many more of the voluntary were knocked off by drugs. Both occasions were errant x-factor interruptions, exploited by the negative to try and keep the eventual upward transformation of the masses at bay.

A very small handful of the Elect of Christ finally did convene in the early seventies. Who were at least able to receive a full Christ Melchizedek teaching as a small dedicated group. Out of the hundreds and hundreds of tire kickers who were attracted in, about seventy looked in for a while then eventually departed for too much responsibility to be taken.

At the time it was said that six strong men and women would be enough to do the job. In all, about fifteen stayed on to take full Christ responsibility in dissolving the discordances of their past in order to return to their Dispensated capabilities in proper alignment with their Inner Christ Soul Atom or Soul Atum Self as Unistarrs of light, life, love, and liberty.

Within those who remained a rapid purge of the contaminants within their DNA began immediately, allowing them to begin inducting the incoming Energies properly at the level of their callings. In just a few short years the small group's consciousness was sufficiently raised that the mass consciousness of the population as a whole though the pyramid principle was likewise raised sufficiently to meet the Grand Alliance Planetary Conjunction of the early eighties, the Great Harmonic Resonance Conjunction of the mid eighties, and the double core Supernova in the Melchizedek Worlds of the Magellanic clouds of the latter eighties positively enough that the initial Energy linkages for the incoming Aquarian Dispensation were properly settled into place by the end of the eighties. Consequently Mankind has been undergoing rapid escalations in consciousness expansion on a positive basis ever since.

After the initial quick start in the early seventies, the group all too soon found themselves subject to authoritative abuse, a convenient scapegoat for the backlashes against the proliferating neo-spiritual groups which were starting to give the public concern. The backlash itself was an un-translated continuation of the Caesar army conditions of two thousand years ago against the advancement of Christ. So by the middle of the seventies the outer workings as a group were let go. So was music.

Because of the constant material and outer usurpations upon the creative frequency of music, a whole ongoing inner dimensional telepathic program of melodically chordate musical influences upon the populace was discontinued in the late seventies. A sudden rise in the more discordant forms of popular music developed quickly in the wake.

The Beatles, then the Loving Spoonful, then Mother Tuckers Yellow Duck, and finally the Amethyst Starr Family Band were each in turn to have purveyed an escalating exemplification of the proper higher inductional frequencies of music through a popular mode. Psychic interference and drugs knocked off the first three bands one following the other. The Amethyst Starr Family was knocked off by outer ego remnants amongst some of its members before it had a chance to become publicly heard.

The outer ego thinks fancy memorized passages will help them earn success. In actuality, music should be performed at the stream of conscious level. At no time should a musical passage be performed exactly the same as before as a well practised achievement.

In Reality, the expression from the musician, of the notes, are from their exact frequencies of the moment, including astrophysics, not from memorization. Every practice and every performance should be from current inductions and not from crystallized practising of the day or week before. Most importantly, the musicians are thus performing from feelings rather than logic, since the lack of a memorized passage pre-empts a strictly logical approach of expressing it. The Amethyst Starr Family were almost there.

Since no one's net incremental frequency is ever the same twice in a row because of the cosmic clock, jam sessions are never performed in the same way twice. Which models very well how music should be performed in general. Jam sessions at a club or at the end of a concert are almost always more vibrant and enjoyable for both musicians and audience alike than the often staid performances prior.

Yet total memorization is exactly what, for example, classical music demands. A musician's skill is measured by exactly how well they adhere to formats that were laid down in the last century or even earlier, under completely different astrophysical and Planetary frequency allocations.

Big band arrangements suffer the same from restrictive constraint. Not to mistake the point, practising is necessary for developing technique so playing can be done from the feelings of the moment without having to devote mental concentration to technique at the time in order to do it. It is practising to memorize exact phraseologies that is the lesser practice.

Virtually all of the western world's music is one hundred percent anathema to the purposes of Reality. Music which is harmoniously produced, will produce harmonious results in the consciousness of the listener. Harmonious means being harmonious within all current frequencies of the moment, in particular astrophysical, not just simply one note against another which only makes the composition superficially pleasing.

Base players in rock bands are particularly mode crystallized, hanging on to preferred base lines, usually just a few fundamental repeated rhythms. By playing according to memorized lines instead of the frequency of the moment, no additional information is passed along in the passages from their feelings. Whereas Reality would otherwise impart the greatest communications.

Drummers, regardless of mode, could expand their expression enormously by weaving melodious little overtones into their cymbal ride. Which would constantly change per the moment as their feelings implore.

Bands should practice their material in jam session mode until everyone has a good feeling for what the others will do and thus no one miscues in notes or timing. They will still be well rehearsed and unit tight, but will play with much higher light in their expression because there will no longer be any binds from crystallization against the frequencies coming though.

A simple start exists. Charlie Parker revolutionized the jazz world in the forties by introducing a saxophone style whereby instead of working within tight little phrasings within tight little musical formats, he realized he could express just about any kind of phrasing he wanted just so long as he stayed true to the chord.

The results were sometimes jarring but the point was made. The rote crystallized hypnotic structures of the time were broken. By the early sixties lead guitarists had adopted the style and it has remained the standard of lead guitar instrumentation ever since. In actuality any instrument could do the same, all within the same band or orchestra.

An even more similar effect is possible with timing and tempo. All forms of elastic time expressions are possible so long as the musician keeps track of, and stays true to, the major bar ends and major chord change points as emphasis and plays towards them in anticipation. By setting them up with powerful passing tones or paraphrasing, or delayed back beats which can start off out of sync but are elastically played back into synch by the time the main chord end note comes up, the expression is moved forward even more. Becoming facile in the method enormously opens up the potential for power and expression of the moment as you eventually begin playing without thought in front.

Bass players are particularly well positioned to do that were they to awaken to the fact. Playing like a very creative slow lead guitar player with lots of pauses, triplets, passing tones, and infused melody phrases makes the timing flow instead of thump. As a simple starting point, many rock songs have a saxophone in the background doing little inserts, chatters, fills, and lyrical run as the mood suits.

Were a bass player to listen to that, jam along with it until they have duplicated the sax part on the bass as is, then play it as though the original bass line, then according to how they feel at any time, they would be a lot closer to it. At least their frozen mode of metronomic repetitions would be broken. Once the bass player has caught into the principle and produces it at will, the other band members can follow suit.

A very positive and necessary musical doorway awaiting opening. Once the whole band or orchestra is playing by flow, a new and unique public plateau for music will have been established to the benefit of all.

In a similar vein, both the Urantia Book and the Book of Oahspe were to be higher level reference materials like atlases or encyclopedias. Both were to be precursors to the higher level Christ Teachings to follow. The Urantia was to deal mainly with the higher dimensional matters of Creation from the Male side. The Oahspe was to deal more with Earth's particular inter dimensional history from the Female side.

Because of the outer conditions at the time of their creation, neither were pure transcripts. The Urantia Book in particular sustained considerable misconception from the Luciferion mental side about the nature of Soul Atom/Atums in progression through the fourth and fifth dimensions. In particular, the beliefs of Catholicism had a great deal to do with the final editing, leaving it wanting.

The information would have been properly qualified by the Christ Teachings to have followed shortly after. Because the higher level Christ teachings never ensued publicly except to the few, both the Urantia and Oahspe become divorced from their original purpose. Both are now but dry texts to read with the risk of mental entrapment. Since they are now out of context, your progress is halted because they bind your understanding to static concepts from mentallized pre-emptions instead of truths.

They can still be of help as a stepping stone, but only if your motive is to become properly oriented in proper Christ Co-Creative Consciousness, and not simply to enhance your mental knowledge of things in order to lord your spirituality over others, or believe you are thereby getting somewhere closer to Heaven.

Once you make the big step and accept fully in consciousness that an 'up there' actually exists and is not just a matter of timid hope or frail faith, you punch through the veil and your inner consciousness starts communicating with your outer. The Urantia Book is at least useful in starting that.

The process of true illumination then starts flowing, whose truths are felt in confirmation through the Christ Cancer center in your breastplate. Which is why the doorway to the Universe is inner. Not forgetting that on the other side of the veil sits a Universe which is nearly a thousand trillion years old.

Dry reading for intellect's sake only produces crystallized patterns in thought. Which accumulate around your pituitary gland and cut off your higher communication. Which just winds up adding to the mentallized illusion. What then starts passing itself off as illumination comes solely from your outer consciousness attunement to the illusion.

The Christ teachings were originally intended to pass inner-dimensionally from those who were initially taught to those on their mental frequency like a pyramid, Christ as capstone. Since the outer teachings as a group were let go, and as a consequence of some very recent and auspicious long shot changes occurring high up the ladder within the eight dimensional interfacing between the seventh and ninth dimensions, and which had been blueprinted well into the uncertainties of the unknown x-factor as a long shot 'maybe', the time table has been moved up.

The job is now being continued in the same interdimensional way of the pyramid, but through an enhanced inner action directly through the higher movements of consciousness of the voluntary anyway. And then to the population at large in an ever escalating mode.

Similarly, new Energy lines are already well underway for a new container in Orion for the launch to Andromeda. The new container is replacing the old container which was shattered by the Rebellion. The original container is being rebuilt for other purposes.

Both the old container and the new had originally been structured so that no one could enter who had not translated all remaining vestiges of contamination from their outer consciousness expression no matter how small. Consequently, no one was to be allowed to leave the Earth plane incarnate until they had achieved full consciousness clearing back to their full Christ Conscious Reality of calling in this incarnating cycle.

Much of this was changed during the nineties because of the auspicious changes which have been occurring up the ladder. Specifically, in the mid nineties a direct link to Paradise was successfully established into the outer world third dimensional consciousness of the Earth plane incarnate.

The 'Fire from Heaven'  radiations now occurring are inductions, becoming established as new Energy links. New Energy links are established when a specific Gamma or X ray burst or Quasar beam is successfully harnessed  by acceptance into a locale such as Earth by the responsible consciousnesses of those involved. Afterwards, like the umbilical cord of a deep sea diver, no matter how much the respective ends may move around with respect to each other, the link stays permanently connected as an undulating trunk of Energy and communication.

The particular case of the new Paradisiacal link has allowed a partial clearing to begin of all those who are positive in frequency, but without the necessity of their direct conscious involvement. The whole mass consciousness of the Planet has suddenly started to show a marked upgrade in harmony as a result. The jarring actions of a few are in the reaction.

During the close transition period of August twenty sixth to twenty eighth two thousand and three, Mars was close enough to Earth that its Soul Mate Atom/Atum Pair were able to communicate directly with members of the Earth plane incarnate as a fourth dimensional action right down over top of their third dimensional lower five sense outer perceptionality as they walked about.

Such is how celestial relationships between the Planets really work, through open interdimensional communication between the consciousnesses of the Beings involved. No one is an island unto themselves no matter what their frequency or distance apart.

The mass consciousness on Earth has been duly set forth on a rapid escalation which will result in a full fourth dimensional 'use' of consciousness, already underway.

Complete return to full Christ consciousness Reality of calling is still required to enter the new container.  However, by grace, a special sub container environment has now been set up alongside the new container to allow deserving Souls to deal with their final clearings back to full Christ Reality under more propitious circumstances.

Some of you who have shown at least good will in dedicated effort to clear away your outer static conditions will be given the opportunity to ascend up into the new special environment within this current time frame. You will be able to complete the final tasks of clearing away your final remaining conditions under much less adverse conditions. A major grace for some of you who have been around in the Earth plane incarnate for a long time and are weary.

Around the beginning of the new millennium a couple of such groups from the Earth plane incarnate were given such ascension. More of you are slated in due course. You will all return later to the fray refreshed and rejuvenated in the clearing of the other Planets yet to come. All the more valuable for having had fourth dimensional experience the hard way and ready to take on the task with little likelihood for recontamination for being the wiser.

People do not grant unto themselves the right to ascend. The mistaken idea that you do, is remnant of the Luciferion idea that one can manufacture an artificial ascension for themselves out of the material plane substances by tricky techniques. You cannot be ascended unless your acknowledgement in your heart towards Creation is sincere and the greatest good will be served. And then you are ascended only by grace and by work of the higher consciousnesses involved. Ascension techniques or promises offered by groups or individuals as their product for a fee avail you nothing but an empty wallet.

By grace, the seven astronauts of the ill fated space shuttle flight of two thousand and two were taken directly up into the new sub container and not returned to the incarnating planes of Earth. They were innocents, and the first Souls Atom and Soul Atums ever to have been forced from their third dimensional outer bodily projection while physically within the frequencies of a Planet's astral realms.

Today the incarnating abomination from around the Local Sectors have brought with them fervours of old conflicts long past, now revived in their Akasic memories for clearing. Their collected pasts have given rise to the fierce antagonisms existing between the Israelis and Arabs,  the different Arab factions amongst themselves, and various of the Western cultures against them and themselves.

They have also provided ready conduit for the meddling forces in the forth dimension to foster such as arms races between the Americans, Soviets, and others. Everyone has to let their conflicts of old go now or they are doomed to repeat them over and over on Planet after Planet down the road through the continuing clearings of consciousness to occur within the program of Armageddon until the job is done.

The Old World mythology Gods such as Greek, Roman, Norse, and Hindustan were in part Atlantian Black Masters continuing to ply against one other. Or Luciferion Demi-God factions from other Planets who came and went at will. Christ put an end to their meandering ability to interfere directly into the affairs of Man two thousand years ago.  Such interferences as are now occurring are by telepathic attunements to the third dimension by interferers from the fourth dimension, who have methodically installed the collectively spiritually restrictive policies of  today's religions, sciences, and politics into the public mindset over the centuries. 

The endeavours of the Illuminati to instil a Draconian New World Order is but a short lived possibility. The residual negative undercurrents afflicting society, some of them remnant conditions from Atlantis, are being pushed to the surface where they can be dealt with directly by the ever growing positive consciousness of the population.

How you choose to view the overall progress of Mankind to date is strictly a matter of how you choose to perceive the progress to date. Some see worsening conditions and encroaching evil empire styles of government. Others see that the Iron Curtain has hit the deck, Apartheid is gone, and world humanitarian response is at an all time high.

The animal kingdom is becoming recognized, the various nations of the world are starting to work together in beneficial co-operation, and total Male/Female equality is starting to be put on the table, even demanded, even in some of the most female repressed areas of the Planet.

More importantly, the Churches are starting to talk about the Mother aspect of God. A very major step forward. The fear by which the Catholic Churches and similar outer organizations have been keeping the masses in bondage for millennia was  dissolved in a  massive inter dimension fell-swoop clearing throughout the Local Solar Sector in early two thousand and four. 

The clearing took place as a single timed event, both on Earth and on the other of the regressed Planets in which the mass consciousness had been subject to a common instilled religious fear and suppression of their Realities.

In the latter nineties, one of the Christ Atom Elects from the forefront of the voluntary, who had been held imprisoned within a pentagram on the third floor of the Vatican since the sixth century, and whose essence had been forcibly projected up on a wall from time to time as the 'see' which the 'Holy See' was duped into thinking he  'saw' over the centuries, was freed by the cosmic equivalent of a swat team through the fifth dimension. The Vatican is now suffering ill because it no longer has the usurped power of the Soul Atom to work with.

In the mid nineties, a bonded woman, bound within the consciousness of Man by fear and loathing and known as Satan, returned to Christ and brought her people with her. Her Soul Atum had been released into the Earth plane incarnate under supervisory conditions a thousand years ago without having bent her knee to Christ and without a full return of her upper consciousness matrix in order to learn responsibility the hard way from the very bottom of her condition up.

In late two thousand and four, Lucifer started waking up out of his ages old stupor and has started to recognize the first glimmerings of light. His Y axis outer persona component is at long last starting to a return up to vertical, signalling the beginning of a long and arduous path towards redemption. One of his Ovarian Soul Atoms/Atums has been in the Earth incarnate for a while, gaining experiences to be called into play as help once Lucifer has re-awakened enough to be ready.

In the latter nineties, a fifth dimensional Radionnic ship carrying a thousand souls which had become mired within the lower frequencies of the astral realms during the fall of Atlantis, was freed. Things are moving forward fast.

For most of you, most of the time, your outer consciousness is not yet fully apprised of what is actually going on in your higher Reality selves. Most of you hold regular jobs in regular situations. Most of you are of good heart such is your nature. Meek does not mean timid. 'The meek shall inherit the Earth', means those of you who are not driven by the demands of your outer consciousness ego.

As in all, Christ within is your own seventh dimension Triune Soul Atom or Soul Atum self who sitteth upon the throne comprised of your pituitary gland. Your Soul Atom or Soul Atum does its thing according to what it can bear in the higher dimensional picture going on, even as you might not be doing so in the third. Your Soul Atom or Soul Atum is always fully in the picture even if your outer consciousness is not.

Your inner Soul Atom or Soul Atum can, and oft times will, visit other Planets and other systems in the fifth dimension straight from out of your third dimensional projection. Sometimes you will visit even higher, even up next to the eighth dimensional frequencies of the portal at Urversa. Sometimes, when your outer consciousness has started showing a desire to move ahead, your Soul Atom or Soul Atum will allow your outer consciousness to share in some of these experiences or at least allow you along as observer.

These experiences usually occur when your outer consciousness is asleep and dreaming, the source of many of your romping night time adventures. A seeming telephone conversation with someone while dreaming is usually an actual telepathic communication with them. Any dream which continues on into the next Chapter after you have woken up and gone back to sleep is almost certainly a Reality event.

When the same dream event repeats and repeats every time you go back to sleep, you are being shown a positive answer to something necessary relating to your outer world activity. You need to extract the principle in what you are being shown and adapt it to the outer world counterpart in order to derive the required spiritual answer and therefore the desired positive change in your expression.

The experiences seem very real because they are in fact real in Reality. The source of many latter day visions and re-countings. Such experiences are starting to happen to people across the board today in all nations and all walks of life. Most people of today are now at least one step forward closer towards Reality.

Consequently, dream interpretation has become big business of latter years. Save your money. Look for spiritual experience and or enlightenment as the message rather than mundane psyche solving.

The mundane does sometimes impose itself as an outer dream experience in order to burn off static. Stay with the spiritual anyway, you can't go wrong. Spiritual right is usually the correct interpretation. And even if otherwise, your positive thought about it will help dissipate the particular static more quickly anyway.

For some of you, predictive factors will also become part of your equation. Being shown in advance that a condition or hardship is coming helps you prepare to translate it better. If the tidings are glad, all the better for being able to make the most of it for the greater good.

People you interact with at the fourth dimensional level when dream encountering, will usually be about thirty years of age. This is when your auric body comes of age after which it does not age. Only the outer third dimensional body is subject to aging when the consciousness is not high enough.

Reality as experienced in the higher dimension, even the fifth and the seventh, will not be unlike that which you experience while dreaming in the fourth. Which is not entirely unlike that which you experience when awake in the third. As the dimensions expand so do the consciousnesses. The end result is that material existence as experienced by all Beings in all dimensions is all but the same, including all those currently in Paradise. 'As above so below' works in all aspects.

The Adamic root race is the Asian cultures of today. The current Adamics have a direct frequency link with the Draco Solar Sector in their evolutionary expression for having passed through the Draco system frequencies in their evolutionary preparation.

The Draco connection helps explain the fourth dimensional dragon mythology upon their collective cultures, plus the seat of their power. Both tie directly back to the frequencies of Draco for some of the purposes of their current responsibility.

The dragon mythology is not to do with the Casted Dragon of the Armageddon clean up. That the term Casted Dragon is used in reference to the conglomerate lesser condition of the Local Universe, is because the Draco regression was left to run its course and some of the noises from the misuse of its frequencies are still around. Which are now part and parcel of the clean up being brought into the Earth plane incarnate for final clearing in the one and final overall cleanup of the regression and rebellion together called Armageddon.

Along with the Adamics, the rest of the current world populations comprise volunteers, Gentiles, and Casted Dragon. The accumulated ranks are now of considerable size and have long since settled down into localized Planetary racial and culture structures through environmental and ancestral influences. The templar grids for housing the mass consciousnesses according to their frequencies has sifted out a final moulding of those variances upon the current cycle.

Counting root race variances from around the Local Sectors, there are now well over thirty two hundred different flavours of the twelve root races in both Descending and Ascending mode represented within the current Earth plane incarnate.

For the most part, but not exclusively, whether of the voluntary or the Casted Dragon, the North American cultures and so called Western World are of but not exclusively, the Descendancy, where Christ is the inherent vector of their existence. The Arabic and similar tractian cultures around the world, whether voluntary or of the Casted Dragon, are of but not exclusively the Ascendancy, where Christ is not yet the full vector of their existence as reflected through their non Christ religious preferences based on Tractian rules of abeyance.

The Asian cultures are mainly the stalled Adamics, where likewise Christ is not yet the full vector of their existence reflected in their preference for Buddhism and other non Christ structure beliefs based on mentallized conceptualizations.

Regardless of original root race heritage, or whether of the problem or of the solution, everybody incarnated on Earth today is in a human Adamic form, as that is the current local environment of Earth. Glimpses of original root race heritages and former experiences still come through. The sudden emergence of so called Skin heads around the world are a case in point. Who try and emulate their original heritage as hairless Draconian reptiles brought here as part of the Casted Dragon.

Others have Akasically remembered some of their former environments in the form of punk rock music which is characteristically slithery sounding and hypnotically monotonic. Gothistic cultures likewise seep through into the current Earth ethic, which reflects denial of light and also reflects Reptilian environments of the past.

Former Government leaders of Draconian styles have likewise tried to emulate their past in such regimes as the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia and the Taliban in Afghanistan. Likewise, it is easy to see brightly coloured greenish body tattooing, particularly when extensive, as an attempt to emulate the mottled coloring of reptilian scales.

Most of those in today's incarnate who are considered mentally retarded or of diminished capacity are stalwart volunteers from the second, third, and fourth Super Universes which are diminished in the attribute of Intelligence. Whose inner light beams straight through, disproving incapacitation. It is all a matter of rightful perspective.

Which reveals both the nature of, and the truth about, how incarnations work on a cosmic scale. Namely, regardless of root race, heritage, dispensation, or where you are from, you incarnate into a current environment as per the current environment, even as some of your original characteristics and Soul essences show through.

Also, not to misunderstand, the Draconian flavours of Reptilian root race are not abominable any more than for example, North American society is abominable for having a small handful of criminals in its midst. Federal prisons reflect the most negative members of the population not the average person. The Casted Dragon represents the criminal equivalents within such as the Draconian populations and not the average person.

Within the current window of opportunity, as the voluntary ranks lead, Adamics and the others will learn and expand what they absorb. Such actions are very much now in evidence even at a mundane level on the outer action.

The Western world started an automotive industry, the Asian world has became a world leader. The Western world started high tech, the Asian world has become a world leader. The Western world started city architecture on a towering scale. The Asian world is now leaping to the forefront with modernistic and breathtaking designs. The Western world developed the Internet means of inter communication. The Asian world is preparing to launch the next generation.

Common spirituality through the pyramid principle will follow more and more quickly as everyone gets together with themselves on an ever expanding basis. The regressed imported incarnate will similarly benefit from the overall mass upward improvement in consciousness, both by outer rub effect and by internal stimulations from those higher up on their frequency attunements.

As voluntary way showers you lead inwardly by specially dispensated Melchizedek power units woven within your upper consciousness matrixes. The power units allow you to function within the super high frequency motivations of Melchizedek at the levels of your calling. Plus it serves to strengthen the actions of your higher sense awarenesses. For those of you with 'chosen frequency' responsibilities, the power units also help you in the inductions and discharges of your particular Galactic principle properly.

Christ Michael is the capstone at the top. From the top down, he/she is communicating with you what needs to be done through your Reality Atoms. As your higher conscious awareness starts to expand, the pyramid expands through frequency attunement to all underneath you within the structure, then to those under them through their progressions,  and then yet to those under them and so it goes.

The Kingdom of Heaven is being realized through everyone's Reality attunements and consciousness knowing consciousness. Not by staking out acres of ground in the desert.
