By direct inner dimensional link, Co-Creative instructions are passed down from the Creators to their Creator Son/Daughters projected into their Local seven dimensional Universes.

From the Creator Son/Daughters, the information is passed down through the sixth dimensionality of the Local Universe via the three Voronandek Son/Daughter Triumvants at the center of galaxies to the Lanonandek Son/Daughters in the fifth dimension who administer the various local Solar Sector groups under their command.

From the Lanonandek Son/Daughters, the instructions are passed down to second-level fifth dimensional Lanonandek Son/Daughters who are the Planetary Princes of the Planets within the solar systems of the local command.

The Planetary Princes are not the Triune Male/Female Soul Mate Atom/Atums through the eight dimension portal whose visible presence is seen and called Planets as their outer projections. Planetary Princes are Dispensary Soul Atom/Atums who have come into a Local Universe through the action of the Father Melchizedek of the Local Universe involved. Who have been assigned to their postings under the administrative direction of the Local Solar Sector Lanonandek.

The Planetary Princes administer the populous affairs of a Planet at its fifth dimensional level.

Because free will is a standard right of all consciousnesses in all frequencies of all of Creation, a slight uncertainty exists in the handling of the through-put in which not all outcomes can be predicted with absolute certainty. Not even to the highest of the Co-Creative engineers. Therefore some conduct anomalies in the lower administrative chains of command can and do occur.

Free Will means 'Will which is free of condition or constraint', allowing Soul Atom/Atums the freedom to choose and undertake their responsibility to the Creators without inhibition or limitation. The Luciferions tried to take it a step further by adding that Free Will also meant 'responsible to no one but one's self'.

Regression among the ranks, such as the Draconian perturbation, is not outright unprecedented in Creation, just extremely uncommon. Outright rebellion among the ranks, such as the Luciferion Rebellion, is very nearly completely unprecedented. The Draconian and Luciferion disruptions involved an uncommon factor yet again for having an additional x-factor in the frequency mix of this Local Universe not previously known in Creation.

The untoward new frequency mix which uniquely characterizes this Local Universe, is a simple outcome of the fact that the seven original Super Universes were all created in turn following one another in the sequence of the Seven Days of Creation. Whereby Intelligence was the attribute of the first Super Universe.

Meaning that while Triune, it was biased slightly higher on the side of Intelligence and Will. Known as a Cosmic Overplus.

In a completely unique attribution, this particular Local Universe, while being fully Triune Triune for being in the seventh Super Universe, has also been given a Cosmic Overplus attribution. A completely unprecedented Local Universe configuration and an integral aspect of things to come.

With a circle of Intelligence fitted around the cube of the basic cubic configuration for this Local Universe, a Cosmic Overplus is thereby depicted. (Fig. 46).

In both fig. 6 of Chapter 2, and in fig. 46, the adjacent rods forming the Cross of Power also form another x. The second x is called the 'power of the x' because the Cross of Power is based on the power within the rods enveloping the throughput from the staffs. With the power of the rods extended the little bit to the Overplus circle, a newly generated power of the x results in the extension.

The full nature of the new power is not yet known because an Overplus attribution upon a Triune Triune matrix has never before occurred in Creation. The new power is therefore called the 'unknown power of the x'.

As part and parcel of this specific Local Universe expression, an unknown power of the x uniquely exists in which not all outcomes are predictable within standard expected guidelines. The previous minor regressive disturbance in the Draconian solar sector is an example. More recently, in Orion, through the unknown power of the x, a few Soul Atom/Atums particles of the Creators tried to set themselves up above everyone else and created a perturbation felt all the way through the Local Universe.

Lucifer was a Lanonandek Son/Daughter, a fifth dimensional Male/Female Descendant Being whose responsibility was administrative. Lucifer was endowed somewhat higher on the Intelligence side in order to work uniquely with the Overplus factor within a Solar Sector setting at a functioning Co-Creative level.

Lucifer's was the responsibility to set up and administer through his/her consciousness the background fields for Earth's local group of a thousand solar systems headquartered in Orion. This included the proper handling of the higher dimensional down-coming Co-Creative energies from Christ Michael through the three Voronandek Son/Daughters at the center of the Galaxy. Through Lucifer, the energies were then passed on down to the Planetary Princes in the local solar systems under his jurisdiction for evolution and expansion.

Likewise, the returning purified staff and Starr of David radiations from the Creation under him went back up to him as channel, and through him to Christ Michael above him to go back up to the Creators for their glorification.

Un-apprised of the big picture, but through his enhanced intellectual prowess Lucifer nonetheless became aware of the Cosmic Overplus factor around him and began to propose innovative and novel uses of its potential. In particular, he thought that the evolutionary processes for Ascending consciousness could be speeded up by lowering it into the lower frequencies of the fourth dimension. He mapped out a complete formula for the descent of the evolution into a time line.

He also deemed it unfair that Descendant beings do not evolve like the Ascendant evolution. He also mapped out a complete formulation for the evolution of the Descendancy in general. Likewise involving projecting into a time line.

Lucifer had observed the questionable parallel between the first three octaves of the fourth dimension and the Trinity existence of the Seventh Dimension. Having observed that the first three octaves were Intelligence, Energy, and Substance, and that the potential for a materialized society existed within the third, he reasoned that the collective manifestations of the first three levels would not be unlike the full Triune manifestation of the seventh.

He suppositioned therefore that by subjecting consciousness to the supposed Trinity aspects of the lower three octaves of the fourth dimension, the full acclimatization of consciousnesses to the Trinity aspects of the seventh dimension would proceed at a more optimum rate than from just the Substance/Intelligence frequencies of the fifth dimension alone.

He also figured that by subjecting the consciousnesses to the rigors of the more primordial forces of the fourth dimension, the higher conscious matrixes would be forced to matriculate the outer consciousnesses faster else the more turbulent physical forces of the fourth dimension would threaten to disrupt the outer matrixes.

Within his suppositions, this would speed up the whole initial stages of the evolutionary process. He also envisioned that by introducing stress into the time line the process would be speeded up even more. He also believed that by subjecting the Descendancy to the same conditions, the same quicker process of matriculation through the lower frequencies would reflect back upon their upper matrixes. They would therefore become fast tracked into a whole new evolutionary experience.

Told that his ideas would work to a point in the short term but would short circuit against the long term blueprints of things already in the works and yet to come, Lucifer was advised not to proceed.

Completely compelled by the intrigue of his own innovations, and not one to stand well on ceremony, Lucifer began to experiment with his ideas anyway in ways which were not only not duly sanctified but were very much not in harmony with the existing overall engineered blueprints. The Local Sector and Planetary administrators who went along with his ideas, likewise imposed the new formulas into their Local Sector and Planetary background fields as allies.

Specifically, the Luciferions introduced a new Overplus charge state into the lower evolutionary matrixes of the Local Solar Sectors involved, utilizing the unknown powers of the Overplus attribute and the staff arms.

Normal rod charge states are through the rod connections with the circle at the Starr of David intersections. In a normal charge state, each adjacent pair of rod arms  attaches to a staff arm in the opposite direction through the centerpoint as seen at the one o'clock position in fig. 46. The vibrations of the circle through the emanations of the Starr of David allow the charges to attract to each other positively in Matter Substance through the rod ends in proximity within matrixes where the staffs meet directly end to end such as implied in fig. 33 in Chapter 5.

Considering each of the two rod arms positive through the tie to the circle, and the staff arm negative associated with Substance, the net polarity of the charge state is positive or on the projective side. Therefore called Pplus.

As fig. 46 shows, at the two o'clock position, Overplus charge states stem from the circle intersections with the Starr of David. The intersections are at the starr end points rather than inside the starr, and are on the staffs' arms and not the rods'. So are called NonPlus. Similarly, Overplus charge states consist of two adjacent staff arms linked to one rod arm through the mid point so the net result is negative, meaning receptive. 

The Overplus charge states  are therefore called the Nplus of the NonPlus of the Overplus. Fig. 46 depicts an Nplus charge state from the staffs on either side of the rod as viewed at the two o'clock position.

The direct attracting force is along the staff connectivity links between the domains rather than across the rod gaps, and the intersections with the Starr of David are lengthwise to the staffs and outside the cube, instead of crosswise to the rods and inside the cube. Meaning the Nplus charge effect is much more tenacious than the normal Pplus, and has a much farther reaching effect through the externalized  electromagnetic effect.

Charge state ion surpluses motivating the animal world in sanctioned time lines as instinct engrams, are normally Pplus in nature. The Intelligence factor is in balance with the Substance. Animals normally would have nothing to fear as one spatial dimension would not seek sustenance from its own level of frequency or higher but from the one below.

By the harmonious relationship between spatial dimensionalities, the evolutionary substance material of Earth was gradually becoming organized into more and more complex molecular compositions capable of handling the higher and higher incoming inductional frequencies of the programmed inductional and astrophysical sources from outside the system.

Neuron amalgamates of animals induct much higher frequencies than do the cellular structures of plants. The cellular structures of plants induct much higher frequencies than the crystal structure of minerals. Crystalline minerals induct at a much higher frequency than magma dross. All factors were under due coordination to help the Planet's recalibration of dross back to crystalline at a basic DNA level.

Under normal circumstances, consciousnesses never project into time lines even when the times lines are sanctioned.  The Lucifer's idea had been to move evolution along at a much faster rate by hooking up the much more powerful and much more dominating action of Nplus charge states into the background fields of time line matrixes to supersede the normal Pplus animal automatic response mechanisms. Then for consciousnesses to project into the time line to benefit from the effect.

As the superseding presence of the Nplus charges states in the frequencies of the material evolution were dominantly Substance oriented, with no suitable counter balancing effect from the normal companion factors of Intelligence, they were very disharmonious with respect to the original matrixes. Which very quickly started a build up of negative static surpluses in the auric frequencies of the organisms involved.

The result was that even more Nplus static was started because of the imbalances of the static presences themselves. The effect was the beginning of a circular flood of Nplus static generating. Which was the point of Lucifer's plan, since now the evolution would be under push from both the static pressure within its own matrixes and from the normal outside influences of astrophysics and the cosmic clock.

Substance to Substance now became the dominant mechanism in the charge interchanges, and the spatial dimension organisms started seeking their own frequency for material sustenance in a predatory action, microorganisms upon microorganisms, plants upon plants, animals upon animals.

A pattern of predatory dimensional jumps also emerged, seeing microorganisms upon plants, plants upon animals and even microorganisms upon animals. The gradual upward migration of organic substances knitting into higher and higher complexes of frequency capabilities for Earth's recalibration became severely inhibited.

When Man later became subject to the Earth time line, the NonPlus factor resulted in the propensity for illusionary thought. Through their inadvertent tie to the survival instincts of the animal matrixes, Man also acted on their illusions as inputs to live by creating yet more Nplus static and disrupting the normal processes even more. As a result, Earth's time line has become completely corrupt.

In the rebellion clean up called Armageddon now underway, the negative conditions giving rise to the Nplus statics of the past are already being dissolved. At the end of Armageddon the Lion will again lie down with the Lamb. The evolution of Earth onto its own final destiny as a protostar in the womb of Orion will be back on track and the negative Nplus static plaguing the lower fourth dimensional frequencies of the Local Universe will have been purged from Creation.

Man's consciousness will become completely fourth dimensionally re-aligned over the next two thousand years of Aquarius, then returned to the fifth dimension over the next two thousand years following Aquarius during Capricorn.

Likewise, preparation for the transmigration of Seed Souls to Andromeda has already begun in earnest.
