The frequencies of the eighteenth dimension are the causeless vibrations of Intelligent Breath and Tiny Particles of Substance in the Even Pool. The frequencies of the seventeenth dimension are the self recognizing Intelligent Breath and self recognizing Tiny Particles of Substance. The frequencies of the sixteenth dimension are of the standing alone Breath plus standing alone Tiny Particles in mutual recognition of each other and calling themselves Alpha and Omega.

The frequencies of the fifteenth dimension are Alpha and Omega in their unified Triune Beingness as the Holy Trinity of Father, Mother, Son/Daughter. The frequencies of the fourteenth dimension are the Cube and Sphere of Alpha and Omega as a living projected atom of themselves of Intelligence, Energy, and Substance.

The frequencies of the thirteenth dimension are the Island of Paradise. The frequencies of the thirteenth, twelfth, eleventh, tenth, and ninth dimensions  are collectively the rest of the Inner creation. The frequencies of the seventh dimension to the first are collectively the Outer Creation. The frequencies of the eight dimension are those of the transmutation void between the two Creations.

Alpha and Omega in their higher aspect, are the fifteenth dimension and above. Alpha and Omega in their lower aspect are the fourteenth dimension and below. Alpha and Omega in their whole aspect are all eighteen dimensions. Alpha and Omega are also all loving Soul Atom/Atums in projection. Their fourteenth dimensional Cube and Sphere of Alpha and Omega is the largest living atom in Creation. Their myriad children Soul Atom/Atums in Creation are the smallest.

The frequencies of the Seven Master Spirits of Creation are the seven frequencies tied together. By direct link to Paradise through the Cube and Sphere the Creators express the Inner Creation. By direct link to the Master Spirits through the Cube and Sphere the Creators express the Outer Creation of Seven Super Universes. By direct link to their Creator Son/Daughters through their Holy Trinity, the Creators express the Outer Creation Local Universes. By direct linkage to all of their Soul Atom/Atums in projection the Creators express every other nook and cranny of Creation.

New Whole Soul Atom/Atums are created within the sixteenth dimensionality of the Creators. From the Absolute Lake of Intelligence and Energy, units of Intelligence and Energy are formulated into Whole Triune living sparks of one hundred and ninety nine smaller Ovarian living Atoms each.

The Whole sparks are then passed down through the fifteenth dimensional Father, Mother, Son/Daughter Triune action of Alpha and Omega to their fourteenth dimensional Cube and Sphere. Which are then passed from the side of Alpha through the Cube of Omega into the thirteenth dimension as initialized Whole Soul Atom/Atums ready to begin their career in the expansion of Creation.

Before they are expressed into Creation, the Whole Soul Atom/Atum and their one hundred and ninety-nine Ovarian sparks are given the full Alpha attribution of Intelligence, component from Alpha. They are also given an attribution of Energy, component of the Only Begotten Son/Daughter, which is equal to the responsibilities they are to transpire.

Descending Whole Soul Atom/Atums and their Ovarian complement are initially well attributed with their Christ Son/Daughter Co-Creative persona factor. They thus begin their careers in love and service with minimal initialization. Ascending Whole Soul Atom/Atums and their Ovarian complement do not start as well attributed as the Descendancy with the Son/Daughter Factor. Learning their way to full Christed Trinitization is the vector of their existence.

Whole Soul Atom/Atums typically exist in the dimension of their mandate and project their Ovarian Soul Atom/Atums into such lower dimensional frequencies as they may be called upon in the undertaking of their responsibilities.

The main Substance component attributions of Soul Atom/Atums do not occur at source, but later during the acts of forming outer projections. When a Soul Atom/Atum projects, in accordance with its projecting purpose, it draws Substance around itself along its higher Starr of David magnetic lines to form an outer materialization out of the Substance frequencies of the dimension of the projection. From the sixteenth dimension, Substance Energy  frequencies from the Absolute Pillar of Substance and Energy are passed on down through the staff channels to help link the materialization process back up through all the upper dimensions.

The materializing process is not unlike the incarnating principle within Earth's aberrant time line, where in your Mother's womb your Atom or Atum draws substance from your Mother along its magnetic lines until you are ready for birth as a fully materialized baby having all your purposes and governments interred in the process. Galaxies, Local Sectors, and Starr Systems within the sectors are brought into being by a somewhat similar process where the principle of a cosmic egg is invoked.

Your Substance materialization is not just of the Substance frequencies of your current level of projection. In any materialization, at whatever level including your current Earth projection, the net linkage of Substance frequencies go all the way back up to Omega through the staffs connections sufficient to equalize with your original attributed Alpha component. Which is always on full bore within the highest frequency of your created purpose.

This allows any Whole or Ovarian Soul Atom/Atum of any dispensated endowment to project into any dimensionality for any purpose whatsoever without encountering any limitation with respect to the full available Intelligence factor of their potential while in the projection.

Intuitively, in a third dimensional time line, your polarity to the Creators is through your vertical staff. Un-intuitively, your fourth dimensional  auric gravity pull to the Planet is through your horizontal rod on the love frequency.

Rather than think of gravity pulling you vertically down towards the Planet as you stand, think of it pulling down at you horizontally along your rod. Once you can envision your rod and staff properly, you will experience far less of the depressive effect of gravity upon your expression. Envisioning and feeling that your rod and staff are properly aligned is not a one time thing. Expect to have to do it on a routine basis.

Whole Soul Atom/Atums of the Inner Creation project Ovarian Atoms down through the eight dimensional portal into the Outer Creation as Planets, Starrs, and other celestial bodies such as Quasars.

Whole Soul Atom/Atums of Ancients of Days project directly down into the Outer Creation as Super Universe administrators. Neutron stars, Proton stars, and similar high powered cosmic expressions, are Suns and other entities who have continued their own evolution after their families of Planets have gone on to their own next evolution as starrs, as child becoming parent.

Paradisiacal Sons can, and do, project into the outer Creation in the service of Creation, staying mostly near the frequencies of the eight dimensional portals of the Super Universes into which they have come. Who project their Ovarian Atoms down lower still where needed. Whole Soul Creator Son/Daughters rule and dispense their Ovarian Atoms as needed from their seventh dimensional seats on high as heart and centers of their Local Universe creations.  

All Soul Atom/Atums in the Outer Creation are brought into the outer Creation through the consciousnesses of Father Melchizedeks. Descending and Ascending Beings come through as Whole Soul Atom/Atums. Descending Soul Atom/Atums reside in the dimension and frequency of their dispensation, who can and do project Ovarian Atoms down into the lower frequencies as volunteers or on special call. Ascending Whole Soul Atom/Atums start in the fifth dimension of a Local Solar Sector. Who then move upward through their evolutionary progressions.

During the evolutionary progress of the Ascendancy, their Whole Soul Atom/Atums migrate together as groups. The type, size, and amount of movement of each group varies with every different Solar and Planetary environment. But the migration is always systematic according to rule.

The root race evolutions who have passed though Earth have all been in Ovarian groups of ten billion. The ten billion Whole Soul Atom/Atums initiating each group were resident in the Sun during the undertaking. Each Whole Soul Atom/Atum in the group projected an Ovarian Atom, who then all projected together as a ten billion group into Earth's fifth dimensionality for a cycle of incarnation.

Once all one hundred and ninety nine of the possible Ovarian groups had moved through, the Whole Soul group then moved on to their next experience and a new root race Whole Soul Group moved into the Sun to take their place such as the Planetary blueprint required.

A full complement of eleven Whole Soul evolutionary groups have passed through Earth's frequencies so far. The remaining and final Whole Soul Group in the Sun for Earth is Adamic. Their last and final projected Ovarian Soul group, still to finish, comprises the current ten billion Adamic Ovarian Soul Atom/Atums now bogged down in Earth's third dimensional outer condition.

Once an Ascending Whole Soul Atom/Atum has achieved accomplishment and is back in Paradise, they become fully Christ Trinitized at the feet of the Creators by a full attribution consolidation of all the progressive frequencies which each of their Ovarian Soul complement has adopted into their consciousness on their ever upward process to completion. A Whole Soul Atom/Atum Trinitization is accomplished by the complete Trinitization attribution of all their Ovarian complement Soul Atom/Atums.

The newly Trinitized Whole Soul Atom/Atums then return to Creation as responsible completed Christ Triune Beings in their own right, assisting the Descendancy wherever possible according to the unique frequency capabilities of their particular path to accomplishment. 

The Trinitization of a Local Universe mirrors the Holy Trinity in two respects. First, as Father, Son/Daughter, Mother, and second as Intelligence, Energy, and Substance. The Trinity aspects of a Local Universe from the Intelligence, Substance, and Energy side is through the dimensional frequencies of the seven frequencies tied together.

The great Super Universe clouds are not formed by Triune Beings who radiate from their centers. Each Super Universe started as an individual field projected by the respective Master Spirit of Creation through the eight dimensional portal.

In order to have the equivalent of a Heart and Center working within the Super Universes, the Paradisiacal Creator Son/Daughters form their Local Universes within the Super Universe fields with themselves acting as the heart and centers. As such, there is absolutely no difference between the Creative Son/Daughters in their Local Universe doings, and Alpha and Omega in their whole Universe doings. 'Who has seen me has seen the Father'.

Numerous such Son/Daughter point and centers exist within a Super Universe field. The Super Universe fields are enormous and the number of Local Universes is very large, even for the first Super Universe of Intelligence which was very small.

Following the same rule of counting of galaxies and Local Stars Sectors as described in Chapter 8, the net number of new cubits added accumulatively to each new expansion is six. If the expansion were done thousands upon thousands upon thousands of times instead of just the eighteen for galaxies and Solar Sectors, the number of Local Universes in a Super Universe would be cubistically depicted. (Fig. 40).

Before Local Universes are started, the Creator Son/Daughters submit a blueprint of their proposed creation to Alpha and Omega for approval. The actual number, size, and type of galaxies planned in the blueprint will reflect the particular type of consciousness the Local Universe is to express and the eventual evolvement upon Creation it will contribute. Local Universes typically contain around a thousand galaxies.

Life frequencies in Creation are comprised of two parts. The first part is active which is aligned to Will. The second part is passive which is aligned to Desire. Life is from both the Intelligent Breath of the Even Pool and the Tiny Particles of Substance of the Even Pool, which are both alive within the Even Pool.

In the Cube and Sphere of Alpha and Omega, the active lifestream of Creation is passed from the Sphere of Pure Intelligence of Alpha to the Cube of Pure Substance of Omega. Within the Cube it permeates and equalizes with the passive lifestream of Creation. It is then issued through the Pure Energy Y Factor and Starr of David of the Only Begotten Son/Daughter as the life essence of Creation. Creation lives because the Creators live.

In general, the staffs have to do with the Substance side of Energy, the Starrs of David have to do with the Intelligence side, and the rods have to do with both. Within creation, the staffs and rods carry the materializations, the Starrs of David carry the intent.

The staffs are like a backbone. The staffs stay connected throughout all the domains within a dimension, with all the dimensions from the top down interacting throughout. The staffs carry the accumulated basic parameters and layouts of the chain of Substance frequencies into the final resulting smallest domain of the lowest dimension involved. The Substance materialization of any projection at any frequency is capitulated through this pipe.

The rods are not continuous between the domains and dimensions, instead bearing the specific frequencies marking each particular domain and dimension distinct from any other down to the individual level. The frequencies of the rods are generated from within the individual or domain through the processes of life, and move back out into the local.

At the fifth dimensional Planetary level of an evolution, the staffs bear the net basic information of the Evolutionary, Planetary, Solar System, Solar Group, Local Universe, and Super Universe frequencies in which the evolution is participating. All individuals within a same domain share in the same net staff frequencies.

Each individual within the domain however generates the frequencies of their rod as a reflection of their own particular actions of consciousness. Every individual in a fifth dimensional projection is distinct from everyone else as reflected through their respective Son/Daughter personas and resulting respective rod activities.

Similarly, specific domains generate the frequencies of their related rod activities. At the macro level, no two planets are alike, no two solar systems are alike, no two galaxies are alike, no two Local Universes are alike. Even at the micro level, differing combinations of rods, circles, and Starrs of David frequencies define the different charge state interactions of the fourth dimension at the atomic and the sub atomic levels.

The Christ Starrs of David are likewise continuous throughout a specific domain and carry the creative purposes of the higher consciousnesses involved. For example, the consciousness which a particular root race in the fifth dimension of a given Planet is to bear, is carried in the Starr of David structure set up for that particular evolutionary program and in their higher consciousnesses.  At the Matter Substance level, the Starrs of David help induce the background electromagnetic and magnetic parameters for the expansion of the fourth dimension. As the fourth dimension expands, the Outer Creation expands.

The Starrs of David Christ light frameworks are mainstays within any Creative and Co-Creative blueprint. Within individuals, the staff frequencies of their matrixes are from the overall hook ups with the staffs of the greater matrixes in which the projection is made. Their individual Starrs of David help tailor their specific spiritual responsibilities to bear.

In the overall net result, at any level, the staffs, rods, and Starrs of David are all equally part and parcel of any individual consciousness manifesting therein. The Soul Atom/Atum bears the main Intelligence action, the staffs and rods bear the main radiation rules which in turn govern the Substance aspect to be manifest, and the Starrs of David carry the main action of the Christ Co-Creative responsibility.

The harmonious unity of Soul Atom/Atum, Staff and Rods, and Starrs of David covers the Trinity aspects of a Local Universe from the Intelligence, Substance, and Energy side.

The Trinitization of a Local Universe from the Father, Mother, and Son/Daughter side is much more complex.

The working Father, Son/Daughter, and Mother aspect of a Local Universe is done by a collaboration of each Soul Atom/Atum in projection, a Father Melchizedek, the respective Creator Son/Daughter involved, plus Alpha and Omega themselves in direct concert with the Master Spirits.

The Father side of the Local Universes is through the Soul Atom/Atums in projection plus the Father Melchizedeks. Each Soul Atom/Atum in projection carries the full Intelligence and other main aspects of the Father. The parenting aspect of the Father is carried by the Father Melchizedeks.

All Descendants are Christ Beings. All accomplished Ascendants are Christ Beings. All Christ Beings are Melchizedek in frequency. 'I sware and will not repent, Christ is forever a Priest of the Order of Melchizedek'. Clearly then, the 'Order of Melchizedek' is not an Earth order.

Melchizedek is the highest frequency of consciousness in Creation. Melchizedek is the super high frequency motivation to be of love and service to the Creation for the Creators in all thought, word, and deed.

Universally, throughout the Universe of Universes, Life is governed by the Law of One or the One Law. The law is manifested in all consciousness throughout all of Creation according to the Order of Melchizedek. The motivation stems from the original unification motive of the Creators, passed on as the motivation which enables all Soul Atom/Atums of Creation to do the bidding of the Creators in total loving Co-Creative responsibility. It is the motivation by which all local Creations are blueprinted and the motivation by which the blueprints are implemented.

Therefore 'order', is not as in, 'in a group', but is as in, 'conduct most beatific', as in consciousness conducting according to rule, as in manifesting righteously according to properly mandated Christ motivations.

Melchizedeks Beings on the other hand are a special dispensation of Descending Christ Beings. Called Melchizedeks because of the pure dispensated level of the Melchizedek Principle they embody. When necessary, some will project into the blueprinted creations as site engineers to assure that all goes well in the setting up of the blueprints and for supervising them to unfold according to the plan.

When working in a fourth dimensional time line condition if necessary, the Melchizedeks will work from the fifth dimension by projecting their Atoms into the consciousnesses of responsible hosts in the third dimension for periods of time. At any given time, only twelve Melchizedeks would be present on a particular Planet.

A Melchizedek teaching was set up at the time of Abraham,  proper higher consciousness awareness all but forsaken at the time. This time, the teacher, a Melchizedek Being, in the Old Testament called the Melchizedek King, was granted special dispensation to form an Earth plane bodily projection outside of both the normal Melchizedek method of working from host and outside of the normal incarnating birth processes of the time line Earth condition.

For having tele-projected into the time line out of sorts, this particular Melchizedek Being has been permanently reconfigured on a positive basis as a regularly incarnating individual within the Ascending evolutionary experience. The action is unique. Never before has such happened in the annuls of Creation.

The Melchizedek teachings eventually spread across the mountains into India and China. In the Old Testament, the Melchizedek King rode beside Abraham on the field of battle, helped him win his battles by teaching higher spiritual interventions, and collected ten percent of the spoils as tithe.

In the ancient Hindu Vedic scriptures, Krishna rode beside Arjuna in the field of battle, helped him win his battles by teaching him higher spiritual interventions, and collected ten percent of the spoils. Similar storied remnants remain in the earliest of the Chinese teachings leading eventually to the Taoist philosophies.

There are now well over twenty-five hundred Melchizedek Groups and Orders around the Planet. All are Earth orders from religious precept, save one.

The Melchizedek tithe of ten percent is a universal principle. In principle, the Creators have built their entire Creation on the ten percent which has been given back freely through tithing for Creative expansion at the levels of materialization.

Father Melchizedeks are a special dispensation of the high frequency Beings, one of which is with every Creator Son/Daughter in their Local Universe. The Father Melchizedeks are specifically responsible for the coming through of all Soul Atom/Atums into the Local Universe.

Just as Soul Atom/Atums are originally from the side of Alpha at the highest level, Souls Atoms are brought into a Local Universe through the Father Melchizedeks at the dimensional level.

Melchizedek engineers under the Father Melchizedek, design, implement, and operate the blueprints creating the different frameworks in which the different histories of the different Souls groups within the Local Universe will unfold in accordance with the master plan of the Creative Son/Daughter. More specifically related to the Ascendancy.

The Father Melchizedeks have complete jurisdiction relating to the specific dispensations of a given Soul Atom/Atum or group. This includes when they are to move up and where, when they are to stay as they are, and when they are to be re-assigned back to the Creators if necessary.

The Creator Son/Daughters carry all the frequencies and responsibilities of the Only Begotten Son/Daughter within the Local Universe.

The Creator Son/Daughters are responsible for all Christ light aspects of a Local Universe, and are the administrators of all affairs relating to the progression, assignments, and/or accomplishments of all the Souls Atom/Atums in all of the projectional levels within their domain. They are also responsible for the original blueprint regards what their Local Universe is to accomplish which they designed and had approved before their Local Universe was initiated.

They also formulate the tasks of the Descendancy under their command. Who are instrumental in forming and maintaining the environmental superstructures in which everything takes place for the evolution of the different evolutionaries according to the blueprints.

In the moulding of the master blueprints into Reality and unfolding of them, the Creative Son/Daughters have considerable leeway of free will in how things are to be done as they see fit within the scope of their mandate. This sometimes can and does keep everyone on their toes. But the Sons/Daughters never ever stray the course nor do they ever ever put their plans in jeopardy.

The work of the Creator Son/Daughters is focused mainly through the seventh dimensional levels. The Creator Son/Daughters also formulate all of the different Starr of David frameworks within all of the different levels of their Creation. But the Father Melchizedeks have final say regards how the actual Soul Atom/Atums themselves will fare or not within that overall formulation. The same is true whether the Soul Atom/Atums are Ascending or Descending.

In short, the Creator Son/Daughters have one hundred percent jurisdiction over the spiritual activities of the projections which Soul Atom/Atums undertake in the course of their respective responsibilities. Father Melchizedeks have one hundred percent jurisdiction over the spiritual destinies of the Soul Atom/Atums who make the projections.

Paradisiacal Son/Daughters project into the Outer Creation under the Saint frequency of Magistrate to juristrate if an Evolutionary Soul Group is ready to move on or not. The Father Melchizedek then stipulates into what new frequency they are to move or not according to the rulings and when.

Reflecting the seven frequencies of Creation, there are only seven saints in all of Creation. At the local Universe level, Life Spirits under the Saint frequency of Life Carriers reflect the first dimensional attribute of Intelligence. Planetary Princes under the Saint frequency of Planetary administrators reflect the second dimensional attribute of Energy. Triumvants under the Saint frequency of Voronandek Son/Daughters hold galaxies in their consciousness reflecting the third dimensional attribute of Substance. And Lanonandek Son/Daughters under the Saint frequency of Local Solar Sector administrators reflect the fourth dimensional attribute of Expansion.

Paradisiacal Son/Daughters reflect the other three Saint attributes. The Magistrates reflect the fifth dimensional attribute of Perfection. Paradisiacal Son/Daughters under the Saint frequency of Teachers and also as bestowers,  reflect the sixth dimensional attribute of Creation. And the Creator Son/Daughters reflect the full seventh dimensional attribute of Triuneness.

The Mother and final side of the Local Universe Trinitization is directly from Alpha and Omega themselves, who provide the fields through the Master Spirits to maintain the staffs so that the Substance materializations can occur as bosom for every Soul Atom/Atum in projection at any frequency at any level within any Local Universe regardless of dispensation or responsibility.

In the current Creation the Father and Son play the forefront role. The Mother and Daughter will play the  forefront role in things to come. The forefront activity of the Father and Son is why the Earth plane misconceptions of Man deny the Mother and Daughter their rightful place as equals in Creation.

Regardless of your responsibility, or whether you are a Soul Atom/Atum of the Descendancy or are an Accomplished Soul Atom/Atum Ascendant, you are an equal four part Father Mother Son Daughter square of consciousness in your expression.

Likewise, regardless of your responsibility or whether you are a Soul Atom/Atum of the Descendancy or are an Accomplished Soul Atom/Atum Ascendant, you are returned to Paradise from time to time for rejuvenation and recreation. Paradise is the holiday resort of Creation.
