The Outer Creation exists as the expansion of Intelligence, Energy, and Substance upon a composite of background cubistic fields.

Super Universes exist because the Master Spirits of Creation projected respective cubistic Super Universe background fields of Intelligence, Energy, and Substance. Local Universes exist within the Super Universe fields because Creative Son/Daughters projected cubistic Local Universe background fields of Intelligence, Energy, and Substance.

Local Solar Sectors exist because fifth dimensional Local Solar System administrators in co-ordination with the Creative Son/Daughters set up respective cubistic background fields of Intelligence, Energy, and Substance within the Local Universe fields.

Solar systems exist because ninth dimensional Whole Soul Atom/Atums projected their Ovarian Atoms down through the eighth dimensional portal to set up appropriate background fields of Intelligence, Energy, and Substance for Stars and Planets within the Local Solar Sector fields.

The fourth dimension, also called the Galactic Underworld, is the lowest frequency of the background fields. Nineteenth century scientists began calling these collective fields the 'Ether', then errantly abandoned the concept. That called Ether has its most concentrated effect in the fourth dimension.

For being the dimension of expansion, the fourth dimension is not like the other single level dimensions of the Outer Creation, instead comprising the seven octaves whose frequencies and progression are the same as the seven outer dimensions namely, Intelligence, Energy, Substance, Substance/Energy, Substance/Intelligence, Intelligence/Energy, and Intelligence/ Energy/Substance.

For being of the same order of rule, the seven octaves of the fourth dimension can be depicted in the same manner as the seven Super Universes and the seven dimensions in consciousness of fig. 16 of Chapter 3. (Fig. 36).

As per the original depiction, the changes are oriented clockwise starting with the octave of Intelligence at the three o'clock position  and ending with Triune Triune in the middle.

Each octave is higher in frequency than the one below. Since each octave also contains the frequencies of all seven as levels following in the same order, comprised therefore are the forty nine so-called astral planes or states of the fourth dimension. Each level is also higher in frequency than the one below. In the depiction, the seven cubits depicted inside each octave are the levels. For ease of understanding, the three octaves of diminished Intelligence at the five, seven, and nine o'clock positions have been made more apparent. (Fig. 37).

The cubits at the seven o'clock position in each of the octaves depict the seven materializations in astral light.

Fig. 37 also gives a sense of what Man does not see or detect with their outer five senses and instruments. The physical plane materialization in visible light is represented by the octave at seven o'clock. The whole rest of fig. 37 is what they miss.

If the seventh dimension has to do mostly with spirituality, the fourth dimension has mostly to do with meat and potatoes. The fourth Dimension is the foundation of the Outer Creation. It both anchors the Outer Creation and underpins the fifth dimensional presences. It does not anchor the Inner Creation as the Inner Creation had already existed.

The first, second, and third dimensions are part and parcel of the fourth dimension, being merely the first three octaves. The first three dimensional background fields act collectively together as one, as their frequency differences are only of that between Intelligence, Energy, and Substance individually and not in some way by various combinations of the three attributes as are each of the other octaves.

The first three octaves of the fourth dimension are typically called the physical. The upper four octaves are typically called the etheric or auric.

In its basic function, the fourth dimension  prepares Tiny Particles of Substance from the Even Pool into workable sized manifestations of Matter Substance through the governance of Intelligence at the lowest level, that Energy be equalized with Intelligence at the highest level in order to produce the Pure Christ Consciousness of the Only Begotten Son.

In the fifth dimension and above, Intelligence is mainly by way of Soul Atom/Atums in projection, Energy is by way of the Beatific Light of the Only Begotten Son/Daughter, and Substance has a more direct link to the Mother and has no Matter Substance components.

Matter Substance on the other hand is the hallmark of the fourth dimension. Matter Substance occurs in two forms, Ordinary Matter Substance and Electromagnetic Matter Substance. The two together reflect the nature of the fourth dimension, namely Substance/Energy. Matter Substance is the lowest frequency of Substance in Creation.

Matter Substance also occurs in two densities, dense and auric or etheric. Matter Substance without the auric or etheric component is that which Man calls degenerate or collapsed matter such as a Proton or Neutron star. Matter Substance without the dense component manifests in such as lighting balls and Sun coronal effects. The two combined are what Man sees and experiences as the ordinary Substances  of everyday life.

The Energy of the forth dimension is the lowest frequency of the Only Begotten Son/Daughter. The total Energy which Scientists measure is from the lowest frequencies within the unification of the Creators. Sixty degree angles are at the heart because a cubit contains six main equilateral triangles.

Sine wave propagations are the same whether sound, electromagnetic, or astrophysical. Six sided hexagrams appear in the focus of any lens pointed near a bright light source such as the Sun. Reflected are the sine wave interactions of sixty degrees. Much of the Energy moving from the center of a Sun to its surface is transferred by sound wave propagation. Six sided snowflake fractals reflect the angle factor from the Ordinary Matter Substance side.

The fourth dimension comprises the lowest overall frequencies of Creation. Similarly, the longest wavelengths in Creation are those of the fourth dimension. The shortest and highest frequencies are in Paradise. Though shorter in wave length the higher dimensional frequencies interact at greater distances apart. Therefore, each successive dimension, though much more active in frequency, is proportionately less dense than the one below.

The first three octaves of the fourth dimension are the densest. You have a seven foot tall fifth dimensional body and a nine foot tall seventh dimensional body. The Outer Creation is far more dense than the Inner. The Inner Creation is far more dense than Paradise. The fourteenth dimension containing only the Cube and Sphere of Alpha and Omega, is least dense of all. The dimensions above the Cube and Sphere are not indentured by density as they precede Creation.

Auric bodies of the fourth dimension, which are much higher in frequency than the outer bodies of the third, are consequently many times larger. The auric fourth dimensional component of an electron is almost a thousand times bigger than its third dimensional component. The auric bodies of two people in the same room overlap.

The auric fields of Planets and their moons intersect. The higher auric body of the Planet whose outer bodily projection is now the asteroid belt, is the whole asteroid belt. The auric field of a Sun encompasses its whole family of Planets.

Galaxies wheel around as though a solid object because they are in affect united like a solid body in their higher dimensionality. The  macro bodies of a galaxy sit united as do the differing counties of a country. What scientists conclude must be 'Dark Matter' and 'Dark Energy' are merely the higher dimensional frequencies of Energy and Substance.

Mankind calls the third octave of the fourth dimension, astral levels fifteen to twenty one, the third dimension by default, and doesn't recognize the first two dimensions, levels one to fourteen, which are contained within it. Likewise, the remaining four octaves, levels twenty-two to forty-nine, are what Man typically thinks of as the fourth dimension even through the lower three octaves are part and parcel of it.

For the sake of convention, the lower three octaves will be collectively referred to as the 'Third Dimension'. The upper four octaves will collectively be called the 'Fourth Dimension', understanding that the term 'fourth dimension' will also mean all seven octaves depending on context. You are single mindedly familiar with the frequencies of the third dimension because it is your current frequency of materialization.

The Cube and Sphere of Alpha and Omega comprises the interface between the Holy Trinity and the expressed Creation. The fourth dimension comprises the interface between the Even Pool and Outer Creation. Creative plans for the Outer Creation come down from the top of Creation through the channels. The nuts and bolts of the Outer Creation have their start at the very bottom of the fourth dimension as bullion base.

The Inner Creation surrounds the Cube and Sphere of Alpha and Omega and is completely separated from the Even Pool. The Outer Creation surrounds the Inner Creation and is inexorably mated to the Even Pool. At the bottom of the fourth dimension, an interaction occurs between specific frequencies of the Creators from their Even Pool self and the Super Universe, Local Universe, Local Solar Sector, and Solar System projected fields involved, plus some of the frequencies of Alpha and Omega from their Cube and Sphere projection and higher.

Through the collaboration, aggregations of the Tiny Particles of Substance of the Even Pool spontaneously precipitate into matter fragments in the third  octave of the fourth dimension, seeming to pop into existence. The fragments likewise spontaneously dissipate back into the Tiny Particles, seeming to suddenly disappear back out of existence.

Because of the specific purpose of the overriding layers of consciousnesses in the background fields, gradually more of the Tiny Particles of Substance coalesce into matter fragments than dissipate.

The precipitating matter fragments themselves interact, gradually coalescing into the subatomic or fundamental particles of Ordinary Matter Substance which in some literatures are called fermions. Which eventually coalesce into the elementary particles such as protons, neutrons, and electrons. And finally into atoms, molecules, and mass.

Photons of Electromagnetic Matter Substance make their appearance within the background fields on a constantly ongoing basis as that called the cosmic microwave background radiation. Which gradually convert to the other frequencies of electromagnetic Matter Substance by gradual absorption and emission with Ordinary Matter Substance on a likewise ongoing basis.

Through the net interaction between Ordinary Matter Substance and Electromagnetic Matter Substance, the fourth dimension is the engine room which produces the raw materials for the Outer Creation to grow in ever expanding circles of light, life, love, and liberty. Whereby over a hundred thousand of the Tiny Particles make up a single electron.  

Man calls the limited frequencies of Electromagnet Matter Substance 'light' and 'radiations' in ignorance of the full radiance of the Only Begotten Son/Daughter which is all around them.

The lower frequency Energies of the fourth dimension come from the collective background fields of the Co-Creative intentions of the Soul Atom/Atum projectors, and are interred into the fragments from the fields when they precipitate. The Even Pool has no native Energy.

The preliminary Energies of charge and binding states become interred from a collaboration of the vibrational presences of Intelligence within the first octave and the Starr of David and circle presences which comprise parts of the background fields.

The preliminary Energies of thermal allotments are interred into the precipitating fragments from a collaboration of the second octave vibrational presences of the staff and rod energies, also inherent in the background cubic presences. So called kinetic energies are interred as  an outcome of angular momentum.

The preliminary Energies of gravity and magnetic attractions are interred into the precipitating fragments as derived upper fourth dimensional Energy presences within the background fields, and stem from the Energy presences within the second dimension and Intelligence frequencies of the first. In the third dimension, the incoherent Substance frequencies of the Even Pool entering the fields in the raw as fragments, take a first step towards outer Substance coherency.

The fragments and overall cohering Energies eventually become coagulated into the general coherent patterns of Substance/Energy seen at the band of ordinary visibility and within the auric levels of the upper fourth dimension.

The background fields are governed by consciousness. The Tiny Particles do not precipitate ad hoc, only in the presence of responsible consciousnesses. There are no non conscious aspects of Creation. Creation is from the lap of consciousness.

The Even Pool self of Alpha and Omega was far too great for them to cohere out of chaos as a single event. Now, by their created cubistic rule, whenever a fragment precipitates out of the Even Pool, frequencies of the Tiny Particles are aligned directly in parity with an equal quotient of the frequencies of Intelligence through the action of all the Energies involved. Additionally, Crisscrossing staff lines become drawn in and aligned from the Even Pool as the fragments precipitate and begin to accumulate.

As the fragments accumulate through the action of the projecting Soul Atom/Atums in participation, the fourth dimension acts as the starting point where the lowest frequencies of the overall Energy potentials associated with Intelligence and Substance become eventually worked up into ever expanding Christ Consciousness at the highest level. 

The work done whenever a consciousness becomes Christed or gains experience, is in combing the frequencies of the original intertwined incoherent vibrations of Intelligent Breath and Tiny Particles of Substance of the Even Pool into perfect alignment within the ever expanding Christ Consciousness of the Only Begotten Son.

The expanding Christ Consciousnesses then return to Creation as newly Trinitized Soul Atom/Atum projections. Providing yet more Christ consciousness to work with within the fields. Allowing yet more fields to be projected . Which allows yet more precipitations to occur at the bottom levels in an ever expanding rate. By the process, the Creators are converting their chaotic Even Pool self into light.

The rules by which the accumulated substances and garnered energies behave in the lower fourth dimension are what Man calls the Laws of Physics. The Energies gained by the precipitating fragments are in quantized amounts because the processes are cubistically governed and cannot be analogue.

The overall Energies of the fourth dimension similarly transfer from one part to another in overall quantumized amounts under cubistic rule. All Energy interactions in Creation are in quantized amounts because Creation is cubistically ruled. Big or small, the same is true for all changing frequencies in Creation.

Changes in consciousness into new levels of awareness occur in sudden quantized amounts. Anyone who has undergone any kind of consciousness expansion is well aware of this fact. Even ordinary classroom learning occurs in sudden new levels of insight. All progression in Creation is quantized in amount according to rule, from micro to macro. All changes occur suddenly in perspective, big or small, it doesn't matter.

In formulating the fragment changes within the fields, according to its creative purpose, the exact flavour of any particular composite of background fields is unique for just that particular field. The initiating thermal, kinetic, and angular frequencies of the precipitating fragments will be uniquely configured to just that particular environment. The exact mathematical behaviour of the Substance/Energy in any field will differ somewhat from any other.
